Long time grower 45+yrs i'm retired in my late 60s. I do simple soil grows in containers outdoors can't handle big trees anymore. I like both photoperiod and will run autos now an then but my love is photoperiod. I grow using Viparspectra P2500 in a 3x3x6 tent. I don't use any new fancy gadgets i just do enough to get a healthy grow cause i'm old LOL. Comments and questions are welcome thanks for accepting me.

Thank you for the welcome and glad you like my simple skills LOL. Currently i've got my tent going with 4 photoperiods which i started from seed about 43days ago.
I mix up my potting soil which contains....coco coir, perlite, vermiculite, wormcastings. I will recycle my indoor mix and just amend it as needed, but just use it 2x then it goes into my outdoor containers.

I've got 2 slurricane, 1 blueberry muffin ( reg seed gifted ) and a sickly stunted cross of white widow x purple kush. Terrible looking tiny seeds which were another gift i'm gonna toss the last seed i got. After so many years of growing i don't waste alot of time with slow constipated grows. If they don't recoup prior to flower they sit in the tent and get the same treatment as the others. Could of been the worm castings soil being too rich or just unstable cross, either way i've treated it with epsom salt drinks, tea made from bat & bird quano and Dyna grow.

I have about 20 days before i'm gonna flip to flower. Then i'll know if BB muffin is a she and if the stunted WW x is gonna stretch. She's growing but so dang stout and nodes are close spaced. I did top her this a.m. at the 4th i don't think i can LST it so i'll bend her if needed. I plan on taking several clones from slurricane and blueberry muffin for my outdoor season.

My current grow first 2 pic slurricane 43days, 3rd is blueberry muffin, 4th ww x pk. Viparspectra pro 2500 LED. Temps 73-78f RH 45%. Do to the amendments in my soil i don't feed much just plain H2o from my tap. I don't chase problems for long with plants, i'm well stocked with seeds a whole lot of them LOL.

LOL i used to be very competitive with outdoor growing when my grow buddies were still doing it. But i'm a widow now and got my hands full with my gardens and lawn, house care. I just don't have the getup and go just low and slow !! I only use 10-15 gal pots anymore outdoor 4 plant limit per household.

Fantastic, another Old School" guy! Old school Humboldt guy here. Heading to Oregon (Po'Land) next week, gonna help my son put in a bathroom, somehow I think I'll be the free labor demo guy!.

Hang on there fella who said i was a dude LOL i'm old school female grower who started crawling around the woods to find the sunniest spot to getting to celebrate legal rec. home grown. What a celebration that was for Oregon. I just followed my mentors around came from a farming/fishing backround so i kinda know alittle. I've not been to the Portland for years, i don't like crowded and conjestion. Awful looking areas there now. I can't watch news anymore it doesn't make sense to me.

Mea Culpa (should of paid more attention to your screen name!!!)! Yeah, I agree about Po'Land, but my son's a union steamfitter, so that's where the work is. He's planning on moving out to a more rural area, but it will take some time.
