Thanks for stopping by Ice. The newest clones are actually growing. I might get this journal going after all lol. 3 of the 4 have taken root, and growing. I was only trying to get 2, so I'm pretty happy about that. I'll get some pics this weekend.

Ok I think that I can say, I an officially under way for this journal. I just got the moms into their own tent. And 3 of the 4 clones are looking pretty good considering lol. They took forever to root, they were in the aero cloner for ~6 weeks. They began to show signs of deficiency, so I decided to plant them in soil. The root bumps weren't much bigger than the pics posted above, so it's been a slow go. 1 of the critical babies is still fighting for her life. She's pretty fugly right now, but she is groing. Crossing my fingers. You can see the yellow, dead leaves. Those were the tops of the clones when cut. Once they get a bit bigger I may give them a hair cut, and pretty them up a bit

Ok I decided to start doing some LST on the girls yesterday. And I watered the moms too. It seems as if my Fruit Spirit mom has decided to go into flower. I was not expecting this, nor do I know what to do with her now... Any advise?

i think those are just mature preflowers,if they are getting at least 14 hrs light in 24 and are not autos i dont think they will actually flower i have a blue dream that always has preflowers like that as she is a couple years old clone of a clone of a clone at least 6 generations, anyway dont think you have to worry, grow looks great, odd the clones took so long seems something might be off a bit,i generally get roots in 4 to 10 days unless its too cold or hot/wet,dry something maybe a light leak, dip n grow gets me those 4 day roots if everything else is perfect,72-76f i find is the sweet spot oh and i always put a few drops of superthrive in the clone water ph as close to 5.8 as i can get

Thanks BID. I started out with lower temps ~70°F, then I added my heat mat under the cloner. I did have superthrive in there as well. I can't remember if I PH'd or not, but I think I did lol. Glad it won't go into flower, they are at 18/6 atm and are fem seeds. Hope they will be fine. I'll try to post an update this weekend.

sounds good , yup ST is a product i wont be without if my current bottle gets to half empty i start looking for the best deal for a new one,it has literally saved plants/grows of mine in the past that im 100% sure would have died,and with all the training and cloning i do its a must for stress, i have rooted clones in my aero with nothing more than ST & water,\m/ ** \m/

Here is a quick update on the girls. I have picked the 2 smaller 1 of each strain that I am going to use my Growology on, along with T&J tea. The other 2 will be using T&J tea only. All of the plants are using the same batch of soil, so the interesting thing will be differences in yields and taste. The reason I am using the smaller plants for the Growology, is that I figure if it can live up to it's potential they should match the other plants sizes fairly quickly.

Also my mother tent is just too crowded so I moved my Royal Cheese out to the porch, behind my bushes so that my neighbors can't see

Quick update on the Girls. Had a hell of a storm rip through here last night, and it took it's toll on the Royal Cheese out on the deck. I since put a garden stake in the pot to help her out. 70 mph winds were not kind to her. I just watered and dofiled a bit on the Fruit Spirit and 1 of the criticals. The other isn't using as much water as the others, so she'll wait a few days for a drink. Fruit Spirit girls are on the left, and the critical girls are on the right.

oh that poor girl reminds me of one year we had a microburst over my house and i had 2 big girls in pots but they were totally shredded one completely ripped out and missing lol the irls inside are looking good gotta love that hb soil! good work buddy

I just want to take a moment and say a few words for BID. He has been an inspiration to me and a big reason that I started with 420 mag. He is the reason that I decided to do my high brix grow. And he has been a great teacher. You will be missed BID, and nobody could ever fill those big shoes. May there be some great buds and smoke up there for you big guy.

I have a bit of an update on the girls. But first I want to mention that DankyDavid suggested that I have more light in my 4x4 grow room. He made me a pretty good offer on 2 more of the smaller lights I'm currently using. Unfortunately I cannot afford to purchase them at this time. So instead I took the other 2 that I had in my mother tent and added them to the grow room with these 4 girls, and found some cheaper T5s to put in with the mothers.

I plan to water/feed tomorrow as they are getting a little dry now, but not quite ready today. And I plan to flip to 12-12 tomorrow when I get home from work. I am not going to use the controller, but just a timer to control. I want to see what they can do with full power, since both Icemud and BID had lighter than desired grows. The smaller critical on the lower right is a little smaller than the rest, but she'll just have to catch up.

Also have an update on the Royal Cheese porch girls, shes looking pretty happy out on the porch, and the buds are coming in pretty nicely.

I have a mid week update on the girls. I watered them today, in the grow room the closer 2 plants were watered with T&J tea and step 3 Growology along with some alfalfa meal, cal/mag, kelp meal, soft rock phosphate, and some epsom salt brewed into the tea. The closer picture on the left is the Fruit Spirit, and on the right is the Critical. Same with the back 2, but they were watered with only the tea mixture.

The Royal Cheese was watered with the tea mixture and step 3 Growology. I think this might be the last nutes she gets, Saturday completes week 6 of flower, and she is only a 7-8 week plant. I have a microscope coming, and will get a better look at the trichomes to see how far along they are, but with my hand held they look like they are starting to cloud up.
