High Dennise as you can probably tell from my lack of going through subs im having a lazy weekend but I gotta do what I normally do on sunday cause its res change day

If you aren't feeling good due to the heat, it may be a good idea to get more electrolytes, or even drink some water with a little salt in it. I know I would start to have low energy and headaches when I used to work in construction and landscaping in the heat all day. I recently had surgery and ended up with a fever and faintness because I wasnt getting enough elecrolytes, apparently. Doctor said get some gatorade, eat more salt and it really helped. I wont make that mistake again because I feel a lot better now, more energy and even better sleep.

I usually have one or 2 gatorades in my cooler I eat sundflower seeds and drink a lot of water
just takes 1 or 2 weeks to get used to it again lol

lol I keep telling myself I need to stop I come home and take a hit ill stop tho I just hope there isn't any random within 3 weeks from when I stop, I figure im not big and I sweat a lot drink a lot of water so 3 weeks might work for me
I just need at least 3 weeks of no testing lol after today
ive stopped before I had to stop to get this job lol its just the thought of stopping hurts more than actually stopping

ok lets move on to the Pacman family
the 2 remaining which reminds me I have to dig out a new seed to pop
bubba is moving like a snail, meh I can do the seed tomorrow

so the ww auto and these 2 plants are in 1 gallon pots I was trying to keep them short
instead they turned out tall and skinny
they are all over 2 ft tall from the top of the soil

so ill post the chemdog clone before I decided to chop it lol
