Hi all. Entering day three of seedling breaking soil. Cotyledons still haven't opened up on one, but is showing some signs of separating. Wondering if it's a dud or if I should keep waiting. Keep misting her? No helmet head or membrane stuck.

Thanks in advance!

My thoughts and inclinations as well. Like, a tooth pick drug between them to ensure they are indeed seperate from one another. There could be a reason. I would leave her for a bit longer to see how she responds.

I have seen odd starts smooth out later and be great plants.

Yup get a cfl compact fluorescent light or T5 light up close like 3-4 inches away, the heat and light should help her to open up, maybe bump temps up to 76 - 78 range. I would run that light 24 X 7 for a week or two and keep the led for the next bump up in lighting

Got it! Running to Home Depot for CFL's. Would two of these do the trick? Feit Electric 150-Watt Equivalent T4 Spiral Non-Dimmable E26 Base Compact Fluorescent CFL Light Bulb, Daylight 6500K-ESL40TN/D - The Home Depot

The only CFL's I have at home are 5000k spectrum.
