Finally got to do some LST that I could see a difference. Ponytailed the top and bent her over, tied side colas and tucked fan leaves. She grew about 1 1/2 " and filled over the pot. I was surprised the difference it made setting the lights with the lux meter, a little bit makes a big difference. Will leave lighting where it is until I water again probably Sunday night.

Looks great Lupey, she definitely grew overnight. Set yourself out a layout plan for how you'll be guiding her along in Lst. Do you plan on a corkscrew type or a hanging branch like Vladimir Putin's Acapulco gold,explodey.. Now the time to figure out what the plan is. Thanks for the little info on luxes, I think I may be up for a new grow toy. I've got a light meter but it's vary in broad in readings.

Great point about lux Lupey. We get caught up using the term lumens a lot without thinking about how many lumens it takes to light a particular space.

Day 41 nutes today 1/2 dose gro big and 1/2 dose big bloom she's taking off pretty fast now, it's a jungle in there. Gonna leave the lights where they are at 18000 lux another day or 2. Did some more LST the holes in the pot make it pretty easy. Put her ponytail back in so far every morn when I get home she grows out of it

With my light configuration all the side branches are stretching straight out towards the lights. I think I'm gonna give her 2 more days of this and then raise the lighting and add 4 more reflectors to get her to start turning upward with the side colas

I'm not familiar with the ponytail, Lupey. What is the point of it and what does it accomplish? Thanks

Takes the upper leaves and condenses them to allow more light to penetrate inside, seems to have really let 2nd nodes receive enough light to stretch. Snid said to only do it every other day, when I get home from work in the morn she has always grown out of it. But you can tell by the pics it a jungle in there sh is pretty thick. Also keep tucking the fan leaves exposing bud growth

When you tie up the top portion of your plant it slows down the top growth while promoting the lower growth to flourish. It's a stress free way to get your undergrowth to grow faster than it normally would. I'll try and find you a link.

Bummed out tonightgot called into work early but priorities. Went to do daily Jezebel check and fill humidifier and thought her top broke out of its LST again but looking closer realized it held and that is just a second node growing straight up. The main is still pointed to the left. Picking up 4 more reflectors in morning and arranging them around the main center light to try and get everything to start turning up. Do some more LST and tucking. Getting pretty excited now she is really taking off. It's a hell of a jungle in there

Did some more LST. Tucked the fan leaves. Added 4 more 42w 2800k bulbs shining down fromtop of stands. Set light distance at 18000 lux on sides and 24000 lux straight down. They said northern lights was low odor but she seems pretty skunky to me, changed exhaust fan to 24/7. Got another new toy today an oakton waterproof pH 30 will try it tomorrow when I water I can't believe how thick the is

Thanx James the center one is 32" the 2 on the left are 29" and 25" there is 2 more on the right side of the fireplace that are 27" and 25". Over 11' of fish in 1 night I had to put them on the wall. There is another European mount in front of the 32.

She is droopy tonight I should have watered her last night. Looking a little pale so I gave her another 1/2 dose of grow big and big bloom. Are all the little hairs on the bud sight a sign she's starting to bud? Is it time to put my hps in?
