It is transition week for the garden’s in the Stable. There will be a harvest in a few days and the veg girls will get to try their luck under HPS.
Veg week 8
Just passed eight weeks above ground.
This week’s Seedsman update.

The CPK is 12” tall and looking keen as mustard. I couldn’t get a photo of her quadset that wasn’t scrappy so I saved your eyes.
Flower week 9
We’ve just passed 9 weeks of flower.
I’ve been scoping trichs last week and watched them go all milky, now they are showing a few amber.
Their time is up. We need the space again already.

Cheers JC. This has been the easiest grow for me so far. A bit of a speed bump before flip with a late veg pest treatment that killed a lot of growth. They grew out of it.

Can you press fresh flower for rosin?
I've read a week after harvest is good, and somewhere around 68% RH for the buds, but an actual squisher can correct me!

Nice one DD I bet your buzzing. It’s addictive once you get going! I wouldn’t press fresh flower. I’m not saying you can’t but I’ve personally found pressing bud with too much moisture makes collecting the rosin difficult and can affect the taste. When your bud is dry but still tacky that is a good time.

I've heard read that week is best two is good too but no sooner then week.
Never knew about the Rh and moist urr being that high but if like your buddy led said he finds too much moisture can affect taste why not do a week and try lower Rh then 68% maybe dry 62-58% ? Again I'm no expert either just shooting shit here.
Also have more info it could be possible that with higher moisture you are picking up more lipids ,fat and chlorophyll and the like ?
Old salt said hey what are your yields like ? It could be due to the reduced moisture content ?
Have we tried decarbed after l
Pressing ? And consume?
