First Grow: Blue Amnesia Auto & Crown Royal

Could be nutrient burn. What are you using? Plants that size is be using a 50 to 75 percent strength of full nutrients. Give them just water for a few feedings if you're worried about nutrient burn or toxicity. I'd always rather deal with deficiency over toxicity.

some new photos today, the blue amnesia got up-potted today and is looking good. the crown royal is still giving me a hard time, the lower leaves are yellowing and she just isnt growing very much, but it isnt an auto so i can be more patient with her.

Is all the new growth nice and green? May have had a nutrient deficiency so it canabilised the leaves. That or you need more nitrogen. Try a kelp foliar spray.

yeah all the new stuff is green, but it just turned yellow yest. i just watered it with plain water today, should i wait until the next watering for nitrogen? i cant buy any foliar sprays right now, currently broke, but i have reg nutes

started colloidal silver to the blue amnesia auto today, hopefully i start seeing pollen sacs in a couple of weeks

the blue amnesia has grown quite a bit, im hoping i didnt start using the colloidal silver too late. its getting really light/lime green on the new growth. she was just up potted so i dont think its a deficiency. i have read that they do that sometimes when they start entering flower so im hoping she is ok.

the crown royals lower leaves dried up and fell off, and i decided to top it as well. so it does have some shoots coming out of the top, but for now, she only has one lonely set of leaves. i dried her out pretty good, and then gave her a good watering with some micro bloom and she seems to love it. she is still yellowing but im hoping the nutes she had will take care of that. im assuming it isnt nute burn because she is in the same pot she sprouted in on the 6th of august.

blue amnesia (just came ut of the dark, so looks a little droopy)

the blue amnesia is doing pretty good, i have it tied down, does it look ok the way i have it?

the crown royal is starting togrow again, but it has a weird sprout in it, it must have been a random seed in the potting mix, idk, but it is strange, im gonna pull it out but i wanted a photo first. has anyone ever had this happen?

Hiya @mamak420 they all look a bit too wet to me, the crown royal looks like she's not handling it well. My girls seem to like it if I let them go bone dry between feedings from the time they develop their first couple nodes. CHeers mate, luck to your grow! :yahoo:

i dried it out completely, and took the photo right after i watered it. i was overwatering it at first though, and im trying to make sure they are completely dry for a day or two. should i leave them dry longer?

If they seem sufficiently dry and light like there is no water weight in there at all (as far as I can determine), that's when I water them, no need in waiting. Then I pick the pot up and try and remember what that feels like.

If you wanted to let them tell YOU when they are ready you could wait till they just start to show signs of droop, but I'd wait for that until they are a bit bigger. Some folks probably would say that's giving them some extra stress but I think they thrive on a bit of abuse. EDIT: Except overwater abuse!

The blue amnesia auto is doing pretty good, however, it popped its head on 8/6 shouldnt it be starting to flower?

the crown royal bit the dust, i just couldnt keep it alive.
