Bits and pieces. I’m not really sure...I found two jars of weed that I must have stashed away when I was high, because it was a total surprise...like finding cash in a pocket type thing. I’m not even sure if I grew it, but there was about 10 grams of smelly popcorn buds. It seems to be working

Grandpa T, I've made an observation about dabs and thought I'd share it here on your thread instead of making a different thread. I did this because you already get a lot of traffic and I want to see what all the dab fans out there have to say. I can delete it if you want. Lemme know. Thanks.

So after another run of squishing for a couple of weeks I have confirmed what I thought when I was squishing last fall. Now this is just me and I'm not claiming it works like this for anybody else.

So, while dabs do get me nice and high, I will say the high is very "clean" compared to straight flower. This is also influenced by the strain of course, but generally (for me anyway) dabs produce a much cleaner high. Does anybody else seem to notice this when comparing rosin to flower?

Oh hell yeah! I won’t smoke flower anymore , only if someone asks to lol . Crazy , but I can take one dab and be blazed all morning and smoke a whole joint and not even be lifted . I get it bro , your observation was met last year lol

Agreed. I’m the same way. Now I don’t smoke green at all. I do two dabs or a capsule or three and I’m good for several hours.

Once you get the temp right for your preference, it’s wonderful. I use a propane torch to heat the banger for 20-25 seconds then let it cool for 40 seconds. Very smooth and tasty. I’ve also found that a good carb cap and carb cap technique takes a bit of practice...I’m now a pro.

I smear rosin on the oil pad in my mighty and it works a treat. I always put a half bowl of weed underneath so it soaks in. It vapes for ages. You can buy the oil pads separately and I cut mine in half so I’m sure you could make them fit most ovens. I’m getting rather fond of my nectar collector...

I can’t compare to most of you guys but right now I can’t grow enough to even think about an upgrade so my mini will work for now . Smashed 3.99g and yield was .82 . A little over 20% return.

Im not gonna lie. It really taste great. The high from both is energetic, I stay busy all day . I wish I could test THC comp.....
My goal when I set out on this journey less than a year ago was to be able to take a seed and end up with the last picture , on my own . I had to trial and error a few things and some I’ll revisit but right now rosin is where I’m at . I’ll make coconut oil caps with my pucks . I’m looking forward to my next grow , picking up new pieces , adding to collection of beans , researching and reading so when I do go live I’m equipped with best knowledge to grown some stellar weed .....so excited
