First Time - SCROG - Wonder Woman

Thank you for your responses on when I should harvest. It's not what I wanted to hear (I'm almost out of quality bud) But I'll wait longer to harvest. 2 weeks from today I leave for North Carolina so I'd like to have harvested before then. Otherwise things will get very difficult with drying/trimming.

Wonder Woman is rated on Nirvana (website I bought seeds through) with a harvest time of 8-10 weeks (I am 7.5 weeks into flower). Not sure if this is relevant at this point in the grow, but I'd like to harvest sooner rather than later to give myself more time for drying/trimming before I leave.

In summary, I can't make up my mind about trimming sooner to have more drying/trim time vs later to have more flower time (drying will be 1-2 days if I harvest 10 March) your opinions are wanted

Daily Room Temp: 75-84°F
Daily Room Humidity: 55-66%
Nutrients: Advanced nutrients:
Bloom (1-3-4) - 0 ml/gallon
Micro (2-0-0) - 0 ml/gallon
Grow (1-0-4) - 0 ml/gallon
Cal-Mag Plus (2-0-0) - 0 ml/gallon

Day 99 2/24/2017 (day 52 flower)

Thats a bad situation to be in....harvest to early and you will have a bunch of great tasting smoke that will barely keep you high....2 days dry is not enough.....can they dry while your gone....or are you gone for awhile?

I'll be gone for one week. I will need some cannabis to bring with me on the trip. But the rest does not need to come with. However, once I leave, I'll have no way to burp the buds or monitoring the drying process.

I'd like to bring the Wonder woman because that's intended to be my day-smoke.

Do I need to monitor my buds while they dry? Or can I leave them dry for 1 week unsupervised with no negative reprocussions?

For what it's worth...and I have never harvested....this is what I would do.

Do you have boveda packs? if not get some.... 62%

Harvest 3 days before you leave....let them dry as long as you can...then put them in jars about 3/4 full with a few extra boveda packs and close them up....they should be good when you get home....for what its worth.....maybe some one else will chime in

As far as taking some with you....same thing...take a jar with you....just remember that they shrink up a whole lot.

Best advice I can give ya.......

Id make sure the outer portion of the bud is a little crisp, the bovedas should do the rest.

I've hung mine in the dark for 10 days and left them. They didn't mold or anything. Just make sure you have an oscillating fan in there with them.

Your creative answers are awesome! I never would have though of what you all suggested! I think what I will end up doing:

March 5/6 - last watering
March 8 - harvest (cut plants @ base and hang upside down in dark room)

March 10 option #1: trim buds and place in jars with bovedas (bring a jar with me)

March 10 option #2: trim off enough buds for my trip, leave the rest of the plant dry on the main branch until March 19

NYC Diesel is 100 days old!!! Happy century!

I'll be pulling down what I'll need for my trip this Saturday. Everything else will come down next Friday, 10 March. They'll dry for 1 week while I'm gone and then I'll have some pics of the finished product for you
