Re: Gittergreens organic Purps

Beautiful girls GG. I like out doors. :high-five:

Something will come your way...take care my friend. :peace:

Someone like you should not be out of work long! :bravo:

Well man its a little more complicated than just finding a job unless its really good. I was about to be foreclosed on and I learned that there were T.A.R.P funds available to home owners in risk of forecloser. Its a three year loan that is forgivable if you do not work full time for 5 years, but I can have all the part time work I want without reporting it. I can not sell my house for 5 years or I will have to pay back the loan at full amount. After the 6th year if I sell the loan is reduced 20% and so on.
I'm not proud to do this, but I didnt have any other options other than moving in with the in laws. So I did what any sain man would do and swallowed my pride. They really got me by the nads, but I had no intentions of moving anyways. Especially after you informed me of the cost of living thang in Hawaii! :peace:

Re: Gittergreens organic Purps

its not about pride mate, its about keeping a roof over your head and food on the table n clothes on your back, i know where you coming from, ive struggled for ages without a job, got debt collectors knocking my door and harrasing me, so i just dont answer the door, if they dont get in they cant take nothing, i had a good job and had nice things, but losing my job and losing my fiance left me with nothing, struggled to feed me and the kids, but ive finally got a job and will be starting work soon, then i can catch up with the debts and start paying them off,

so you done exactly what anyone else in your situation would, and if it wasnt for the government paying my rent and council tax id be on the streets with knowhere to live, its a tough life but we all work through it and hopefully we come out the other end better off,

all you can do is keep doing what your doing, everything will work out in the end, just takes time thats all, so i know exactly how you feel and what you are going through,

Thanks man! I have worked since I was 15 and I'm in my mid thirties now, this is the first year that I have had a gap in employment so I have pulled my weight for sure. :thumb:

Wow Gittergreen I have read a little of this journal and you have an amazing grow going. I will have to go back and read it slowly, to understand how you do this. Pulling up a chair and absorbing.

NICE! :thumb:

Just keep an eye out for Spider Mites! They come out of nowhere, and can really screw with your vegging plants if they are allowed to get even the slightest foothold! With your plants so closely grouped, they can jump from one plant to another and quickly infest all of them, especially if the strain is suseptable to them. GDP is very suseptable to spider mites, as are most of the purple strains. Don't know exactly why, but my biggest mite issues have been on GDP and previously Blueberry Kush.

If you don't already have a Jewlelers Loupe, get one! Spider Mites are nearly microscopic and you can only confirm an infestation with a loupe by inspecting the "underside" of potentially infected vegging leaves.

If you start seeing any bright spots on the normally solid green leaf surface, that is your first RED FLAG warning. Neem Oil and water is what I use to get rid of them. Takes multiple sprays on the underside of the leaves over a week or two to kill them off.

I am just now posting some photos of what an uncontrolled infestation can do to a flowering plant. My fertilized GDP female has a bad case, but since I am only gowing it out for seed, I didn't bother trying to get rid of them. Should help to show everyone how nasty these little suckers can be if left to do their thing!

Thanks for the advice. I have already delt with them with the mother plant and I used the SNS product. It worked great!
I plan on treating the clones once before I go 12/12 and again after 2 weeks of flower as a preventative maintenance. :thumb:

Don't ask me why, but I looked at her and thought Mom. I was right! :Namaste:
