Stinky Snid's Nursery & Flower Shop - Welcome To My Perpetual Adventure

Seed Vault Update

Just received my order of seeds from the magical seed fairies, took a while but they are some strains I've been drooling over reading other people's journals. I took advantage of the big 420 promotions and got a ton of excellent freebies.

5x Acapulco Gold - The first one these is for Explodey!!

:adore:

1x Tutankhamon - Did I read that right...? 33% THC!! This one is for Rifleman, thanks a million.

I'm just itching for the next round of photos. I may start vegging a few once my veggies have been placed outdoors. As for the autos, it a matter of space. I'm thinking about outdoors for them too. We'll see...

Catching up on reading Snid. Hope to join your show. I read a little on Mephisto, like what I hear, stopped in for a visit and like your selection.
Mind if I grab a chair? Better late then never. Lol
Please do... There's a spot for you:welcome: Glad you're enjoying the journal. My experience with mephisto genetics so far is mixed. They have some marvellous genetics, and it might be my fault but I'm in favour of "super autos" that start to flower after 4-6weeks rather than 2-4, but I love the strains. Also I've never grown a plant naturally (one cola), so with all that... I give mephisto genetics a big :thumb: and I am going to keep them high on my list of course to be sown

Before I get started, I know you all would love to help out a journaling member. If anyone is short of journals to follow, I've got a lonesome fella plugging away on his journal with no audience. Hope we can give him some support and encouragement. Thanks Everyone :Namaste:

The veggies and melons are all popping up, I'm getting excited about garden season. Really hope I don't work myself to death. Let's get on with update, here's some pics...

Notes ~ kalua is at about 15% amber, she's gone into perpetual darkness for the next 48 hours. I didn't want to water her again since she's had 2 flushes already so I pulled the plug on her. GWS is now in its final pot, I transplanted before any roots showed. Chanel and Chloe are still stretching, I hope they can fill those voids with buds. Alani through Trinity are just putting on frost and weight, some of those buds a super fat. And last but not least, my little Leialoha... She's looking fabulous, her buds are all about even in size. I'm guessing 3g average per nug times 20+ nugs... I'd be way happy with 2oz.it would bring my average up to 1.5 Oz per plant with cropking seeds northern lights autos.

I stay away from super high THC grows, they are very unstable and are hard to grow. But I'll watch all day long.

Yes sir, I'm in favor of getting the most potential of an auto, I'm currently running Big Devel auto and Sensi Skunk auto. Hope the stretch doesn't stop too early.

Yes it seems they are very finicky to grow, I'll be hoping to go problem free but you know how that goes. But once I set my mind to it, is gonna happen... So stay tuned for the next batch of photos.
Looking great as always! wish I had some of them seeds to :)
It's like an addiction, I keep seeing strains that is like try and then I wait for a huge promotion and cash in for some premium genetics. I've got enough seeds to last for years. I'm definitely sheaf of the curve there, when legalization comes I'm guessing prices will sky rocket with all the increased demand. Plus I've got my autos pollinated, I hope.

I've noticed if they don't have pre flowers after week 2 they will usually go until 4 before going into full flower phase. But really... It's a crap shoot.

May 7th, Daily Update

Yes sir, it was a beautiful Saturday here in the region. Got tons of work done getting the garden boxes readied. Lots of soil Turning and amending to be done. Spent a good part of the morning nipping and tucking leaves on all the plants, about 10 minutes of attention per plant. Here's the update for Saturday, I had folks over and never got time to update, so let's get to it now...

Notes ~ kalua day harvested after 48 hours of darkness. Total wet weight, 16 grams hahahahahahaha. It looks absolutely amazing, smells fantastic and it's so frost covered I'm disappointed that I only got a mini plant out of her. I'll need to do a do-over with that strain. I'm a little worried about GWS, it didn't seem to be growing. The rest of the ladies are doing splendid, no problems to report.

Wow Snid, I don't know what to say really.. Things are looking awesome over there. Those autos couldn't look anymore delicious.
I'm finally caught back up on your journal though after having some long work days myself along with other daily tasks around the house. You put so much effort and pride into your growing and this journal, I am inspired! I have certainly learned a fair amount from your journal and will put it all into place by my next grow in hopes to better the garden. You just keep doing whatever it is you're doing over there :) Great work my friend!

Thanks for following along Dick, I appreciate the opportunity to be an example for others. Like many others I'm merely returning the favour to the great :420: grow family. Don't you worry Dick, I'll be keeping it green brother :Namaste:

Looking great bud. Wish I could try some of that fresh bud in a couple weeks.

I'm curious as to how your clones are doing. The look decent to say the least, just wondering if you have noticed any new growth or roots
Thanks Nismo, kalua is going to be dry fairly quickly since there's no mass to her. I'll be enjoying her sooner than later. And the clones... I can't see any roots poping out yet, I don't want to pull them out of the perlite.. New growth is possible but unconfirmed so far, I may see a small change since the beginning. I'll have to go back and look at pics. But really there's no sign of them taking yet.

Trinity is hard to see colour changes in the dark background, the trichs look cloudy but it's hard to tell. Chanel and Chloe are smelling like some good skunk weed, and they're already sticky and frosty. Wow! Lucy is now in full flower almost 4 weeks exactly, she is going to be another miniature specimen. Leialoha is something special. I did a northern lights auto once but it outgrew my space and it finished at a friends. :passitleft:

I'm going to get her clipped up and presentable for a late entry for this month. She deserves it. :thanks:Mr Amazing
