Thanks buddy. No reason to be jealous, not with your girls as big as houses The pics are from a low end Nikon, but it does have decent optics for macro shots. But your right about Wanda, she does make for a great subject. Just luck of the draw on this grow.

I gave her a nute bath last wed, noticed her leaves were looking a bit pale. Seems to have perked her up, but now I'm wondering if I should add nutes on every watering......like I told DocBud, so many hurdles to face....as if I need to tell you that.

Now that I pulled her LST ties, the tops and branches are returning to a more vertical growth. The tops seem to love it, but I'll have to wait to see the effects on the lower buds as the canopy is raised to allow for the vertical growth. I can always tie the bitch back down if she gets out of hand.

Being a bit baked on her med effects, I tenderly pinched one of her buds, just to check firmness mind you, followed by bringing my fingers to my nose for a smell test. About that same time my wife walks in with a 'what the hell are you doing?' No dear, I'm not picking my nose.

OMM, I was in heaven, OD'ing on the most wonderful pure skunk aroma, the likes of which I haven't smelled in years. So lucky.

Wanda II is doing so good it's almost scary, throwing out new branch growth for future Wanda's!

Mine's a Coolpix L12, not to happy with edge resolution, other than that it's given good service for two years.

Wife's visits aren't all that common anymore, Wanda's strong scent gives her headaches, but she's more than happy to share in the bounty of her wonderful gift. Lucky to have a great wife that puts up with me.

Think I'll turn Wanda II into a mother plant, and just pull clones. Looks like another light canopy. My wife will be thrilled.

I fell victim to temptation myself. I clipped me a nug, not some insignificant, underdeveloped, tiny rascal of a bud like before. Found this beauty hiding it's plump, sugar coated self among his nuggie bruda's on the main stalk. Whissssssh. Not bad, but still too young. All the trich's were crystal clear, did leave a nice skunky after taste. I had my wife hide all the sharp instruments in the house.

Communication is good, even better when the subject is MJ. People take notice of excellent performance, and dedication my man.

I was clipping a few leaves off the bottom of the girls and she came out and asked if I was polishing them. It's a start.

If possible, depending on when our son gets home on leave, I'm thinking of harvesting in stages. Taking the tops first, then allowing the lower popcorn buds to continue to ripen. Read where one of the growers on here swears by this method of harvesting. Make's sense.

I picked up some molasses, but after reading a research paper (Cornell) regarding the use of molasses, the results showed a heavier yield, but there was no increase in potency, or plant performance. So, I'm having second thoughts. Be my luck to draw every bug in the neighborhood over to feast on Wanda.

I'm hoping I can pull it off, just to see if staging does stimulate the smaller buds to increase in size, and and maturity.

Heavier buds, no change in increased bud output, but does alter the taste, which is a given.

Indestructible might be s t r e t c h, but perhaps resilient? Certainly a prolific strain.

How she looks tonight, two weeks later

I'm going to put her in an unheated bathroom, cut the hours to 18/6 to see if I can slow the growth until I can build a separate grow area to keep her in a veg state, and just cut clones from her.
