At the moment I m keeping her warm by the window.
Trying to figure out if heat (≈22celcius) and little light is enough to sprout or a cfl on her 24hrs a day, with a room temp of ≈18 Celsius is better.

I think you will do just fine. Even I manage to grow some weed so it cant be that hard.

My Ww just poked out of the dirt yesterday, think Kush isn't that long after. We are growing the same strains now.
