This girl has been amazing. I fimmed her & did some LST & super cropping. I up potted from 5 gallon pots to 7. She grew a nice root ball in the 5 gallon pot so I knew she’d grow into the 7 with no problem. The next day as I was placing her on a table to defoliate I dropped her from almost 4’. I was devestated. Apparently, she wasn’t. She has 4 colas that I can’t wrap my hand around & all of the buds are sweet smelling & sticky. Sometimes when I feed her she gives me what @Emilya calls a perfume pump. I like to think she’s thanking me & not just farting.
I harvested her sister yesterday so now she has the tent to herself, which is what she’s always wanted. She is showing no signs of slowing down at all. She’s churning out new pistils every day & the buds keep getting tighter & fatter. She’s on day 60 of flower.

Here’s the little sister I harvested yesterday.It was such a nice day I decided to take her out on the deck for dismemberment. I sat her down right next to me & took her, little by little.

I did a wet trim & left the buds in a box to dry for a few hours & then into the fridge for the low slow drying method. I can’t control the humidity in this house but in the fridge it’s controlled & constant so I’m sold on trying it. I got fat chunky nugs from this one.

Those Trichs look kinda strange. Clear with Amber Heads ? Shouldn't it be cloudy & Amber ? When mine look like that I go about 2 more weeks. But I like Couch Lock Weed.

Make sure to update how your fridge cure goes, I struggle with not having the proper space for drying/curing as well, tried the fridge last year but didn't give it a fair chance .

The fridge drying attempt was a disaster. Suffice it to say I screwed up. The Rh wasn’t so stable after all & was at 87% in the jars so I put em in a hanging net for 5 days. They were almost soggy but the humidity was low here for a few days & they were fluffy dried. Now they’re in jars again but when I burp the it smells like baby shit - don’t know how else to describe it. I suspected bud rot but I cut into several buds & they look normal. Fortunately, I already have a stash so it won’t kill me to toss em if I have to...

She spent 36 hours in darkness before I chopped her this morning. I had originally intended to hang this plant to dry, but it was so crowded – the buds were touching each other so I removed all the smaller stalks and left four of the five main colors hanging. What I’ve already taken off & trimmed is in a hanging net. The rest I’m going to leave hanging in the tent since I’m not in a hurry for the space. Best to write on what I see, I’m expecting about 275 to 300 g dry weight yield.

Did you have them in paper bags in the fridge or am I reading that they were in jars placed inside the fridge?

I read somewhere in my research that you could cover the jars with cloth from tee shirts - that was my mistake. I’ll try again but with an air tight seal. They didn’t smell bad when I burped them a little while ago so maybe they’ll be ok. Time will tell...

Thanks. Durban Poison are very hearty girls. I have one in my current grow as well. Honestly, all you gotta do is feed ‘em & stay out of the way. I’m not sure you can kill ‘em.
