First Grow! Nirvana Papaya - LED - Soil

Here she is out out of the tent, any help would be appreciated. I realize how minor it is and how healthy she is otherwise, but want to make sure I'm not just catching the problem at the beginning.

Temp: 77-82
Humidity: 30-55
Papaya by Nirvana
LED 600W at 24 inches
5 weeks into veg
Just topped her 2 days ago and gave her 2 gallons of PHed water to 6-6.5

LST to keep her nice and even however I haven't trimmed her since I topped her like 2 weeks ago....where do I start haha?!?

I'd trim the problem leaf off and see if any others start to get affected. I had a similar prob with one of mine. But I had yellowing too. Turned out to be a cal mg deficiency. Not sure that's the case here since everything else looks healthy

How about other trimming? She's quite bushy and want her energy pointed in the right areas - the one problem leaf isn't very large.

The way I trim and some may not agree as I'm so new, is if there's any older leaves covering any new leaves or bud sites it's gone. Always start with the older leaves first. Let the newer ones mature a little unless they're creating a problem somehow

I like to clean up the bottom. Trim anything that is touching the topsoil. You can also tuck some of the larger fan leaves under the newer growth. Get that lighter green, new veg growth exposed to the light anywhere you can.

So went ahead and trimmed some of the leaves that were in the way of new growth after I pulled down more of the branches. The 2nd benefit is increased air circulation as I could be flipping her to flower this weekend - what do you guys think??

I don't see any pistils or calyxes on the nodes so I wouldn't be certain of its sex yet
