Indoor Grow - CFL - MH Lights - AutoFlower - Feminized - Regular

Hello everyone,
I'm Tina and I planned to plant cannabis with my bf we live in Iran and want to grow in a flat. This is my first attempt at a grow journal. Please feel free to stop by to help me , Any information from experts is Greatly appreciated and feel free to comment to my journal and invite experts here .
So now a little information about the job.

The strain are : 5 feminized barney's farm Vanilla Kush , 5 Shiva sweet spirit Auto-flower , 40 regular(males and females)mixed seeds

Most of them are Indica dominant

All the seed are in veg. stage

they are planted about 5 days ago (1Nov)

I'm planting them Indoor

I use Coco Soil mixed with compost Soil to grow them


2 Mh 150W + 3 60W Cfl + 1 90w CFlL
Its not Air cooled

regular room degree

No Infos about RH and PH

I'm watering them once a day

I did not use any ferts till now

here is the process in last 6 days

1 Nov

Planting 40 different regular seeds in 20 pots

2 Nov
setting the lights
Foiling the walls to reflect the lights
placing feminized and auto-flower seeds in water

3Nov
4/5 auto-flower seeds germinated
0/5 feminized seeds germinated
1/45 Regular seeds germinated

6 Nov
5/5 auto-flower seeds germinated
3/5 feminized seeds germinated
Auto flower seeds planted in soil and placed CFL light 2 inches above

Hey and welcome to 420 and the wonderful world of journaling Tina G. Best place to get great Input in the right manner. Is there anyway you can rig your cfls from side of area and get them side on to your girls for better light?

you mean that I place The Cfls besides the Area instead of top of them !?

Still above, but bulb side ways on to the plants for better light. So maybe a rig at side/or above which ever is easier. Its just these bulbs push most light out sideways.

welcome to 420 Tina and gl on your grow
one of the other things you might want to do is get rid of the foil
foil creates hotspots your better off with mylar like one of those emergency heat blankets
or paint the walls flat white

Hi tinaGpot

You shouldn't have to water every day, the soil should not be wet, moist is good.

You should get a small oscillating fan in there to move the air around.

That would also strenghten the stems on your seedlings.

I love your fancy Cfl, I have never seen that wavy shape before

You have a lot of plants for that space

The watering is now once 2 or 3 days ,
I get rid of the foil for concentrated lights
I'll install a fan in a few days
I can ship you some CFLs if you like them
I have a 55 square meter flat to grow the seeds and here is just the closet that i use for primary grow and will replace them to another pot and place after some growth. and finally thank you for paying attention to my posts its greatly appreciated and please look at my new pictures and tell me if you know what the problem is , thanks in advance .

I have a problem and my girls aren't happy and their leaves are not fine here is some pictures of new light setup and unhappy leaves , does anybody know what's wrong with them !?

Ok now I get ur setup. Try having a pole of some sort going across both supports. Then suspend light along this pole so all thos plants are getting even light. Just a thought my friend.

Thank you , do you know why the leaves are not much happy !? can it be because of not having a fan or the foil that I removed !?or temperature, do you know any experts that can help me ?!

Ok they are not your true set of leaves. I take them off anyway on all my plants. They naturally die off as the plant gets older. so as long as its just those first single ones don't worry.

How did this grow turn out?
