Keffkas Coast Of Maine Line, TLO/LOS Style, Bagseed, Indoor Grow

Don't ya love that leaf to Calyx ratio I got harvest coming next week end and for once Im not worried about trimming I doubt I even have to use my Bowl trimmer. I had some harvest that I was tempted to use the weed eater lol Looks like you will have little trim work also

I don’t mind losing 90% of the leaves by harvest, less work, as long as it’s time correctly and doesn’t hurt my vegetative flower growth. The way this current grow is going I’ll still have quite a few leaves left but it won’t be much of an issue.. mainly some of the larger leaves, but if the buds continue swelling it won’t be very much at all.

I prune my plants as they grow starting around the first transplant so come flower I only have a couple things to handle at harvest. I don’t lollipop or defol since it’s not really needed if you prune as you go and there’s no stress on the plants

At the very most, I’ll cut the tips of lower branches but leave the leaves.. those have resources in them the plant has worked on, they’re like little batteries so I let the plant choose what to do with them. When we grow organically, we’re not delivering nutrients to the plant so anything it takes out of the pot we want it to use or put back into the pot.

Trichome practice shots.. Getting better.. I just need to figure out my camera.. any time I get in close it shifts it’s focus to the areas behind my target

They're gettin plumper by the day Keffka! Beautiful work!

They’re swelling something fierce.. I keep waiting for the veg growth to stop and it keeps coming.. It’s making it hard to determine when I want to initiate my pure water and drought.. I’m at flip +40 right now so I think in a week or so I’m gonna start bringing my ppms down and see what they’re doing.

The shorter dark color indica type has finally started to show a red hair or two.. It’s gonna have to be all by eye.. Hybrids smh lol

Opened my mouth about ppms too soon.. my top photosynthesizing leaves are showing burning so I’ve decided to drop my ppms down to 45.. I’ll see how they react to that and adjust accordingly.

They’re only eating the damaged and inefficient leaves.. they’ve left all of the rest of the leaves alone so far.. This pleases me and falls right in line with what I was theorizing about blooming in this method.

I want to get started cloning next grow so I can have actual controls in place to start really fleshing out this stuff instead of just observing for observations sake

Flip +42 photo dump.. I decided to poke the watering bear and see how long they could go without water.. they made it less than 18 hours before drooping pretty seriously. I’m likely going to just go straight to harvest without a full on drought. This level of water stress after only 18 hours doesn’t give me much room. Plus.. the way this crop has been grown, the potency, flavors, and smells will be off the charts anyway, no reason to stress them out when they’ve produced so much of their potential already.

Hehe I have to agree Keff. I've done it a few times over the years but every time I did I ended up not liking it.

Its flat out too strong for me and it changes the taste. It works really well with zero effort though, so if you want to try it, its easy to do, but wear a helmet!

I could see doing one plant every now and then if you want a bit of extreme potency in your stash, but its too much for me.

I spent years finding a great strain of Durban that runs at about 18% thc and thats enough for me.

Now it's back to DisneyWorld.....

The girls look bigtime sweet!👊

They do.. they’re chunking out but it looks like they may be switching into resin mode which would be right on time. I’d say 3-5 more days of serious vegetative growth. Hopefully I’ll see some foxtailing on the end here.

The first 3 gallon I was able to pull 1.25 oz per gallon.. I believe this run may see 3 ozs per gallon (although 4 may be possible on the two tallers). If I can swing that I’ll be above my one pound mark I was hoping for even after losing one plant.

I received my final prize package with the 15 gallon geopot and the @GeoFlora Nutrients.. this 15 gallon pot is a monster lol.. if I switch to the 15 gallons I’m gonna have to do some rearranging and some serious training.. I may only be able to get 2-3 plants in at this size

These nutrients look pretty decent.. I may toss them into my layers/mixes and see how they do

I use it for complete outdoor grows Keffka. Grows well! Also if I need to keep a plant in a pot longer than it should be I'll throw some on. I did it today for my clones I won't be potting up but want to keep for another two weeks in solo's. It's good stuff!
The garden's on fire brother!

I was thinking the same.. It’s a good pot for versatility.. It’s pretty sturdily made too which is nice.. definitely will take care of it

Appreciate it brother! You @Gee64 and @Melville Hobbes were my original inspiration to look deeper into the grow and it’s proven to be very successful. I could’ve wasted an extreme amount of time if it weren’t for you guys.

I think I mentioned when we 1st met that organics is really tough until you get it, but once you get it it becomes really simple, so when you see someone interested you need to help them get there before they give up.

You were an easy mark lol.

You got it in general right off the bat and were more than willing to do your own homework, so all we really had to do was point you in the right direction. Plus you entertain us with the odd ban here and there🤣🤣🤣

Azi, on the other hand....

Actually, if it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have bothered learning about SIPs and KNF. I also wouldn’t have been exposed to Tad Husseys KIS podcasts and Coots knowledge until I eventually stumbled on it, which, because of how I am, would’ve taken a long time. I usually don’t bother searching out stuff like that unless someone I trust or respect has made mention of it.
