Good looking plants hemp. I am going to lst mine when they get big enough. They are indica dom so there will be a ton of branches. How are you liking the cfls. I'm pretty against them. There is just no penetration. Couldn't you use a 300w mh and get better results with the same amount of electricity. I don't know I have never really done a side by side comparison. But I shouldn't talk I could barely scrape together a 150w hps and a 150w mh. Anyway keep up the awesome grow.

Also good to see you multi tasking with the peppers. I am going to start some of my outdoor garden in my grow room too. Definitely my pumpkins at least I want to get some prize winners this year.

Joe. I love the LST. I will probably have about 8-10 tips on each plant. I only keep my girls under CFL's for vegging. I absolutely love the CFL's for vegging. They keep the internodal spaces to a bare minimum. I tried flowering under CFL's and I will never do that again. Because my tent was vacated earlier than I thought, my girls are vegging in the tent under a 600W MH bulb. Will be switching soon to 12/12 after I take a few clones maybe this weekend. I'm pretty sure I'll start 12/12 on Monday or Tuesday of next week. These plants are just getting too bushy, even though I like bush.......but I might run out of space if I don't start flowering them soon.

On the 24/0 thing I've heard that some strains don't develop roots properly without a dark period, Those should be put on 20/4 or 18/6.

Probably true, but there's not any database of which strains do what under what photoperiod. Until someone does that, it's a pretty sure bet you can pick either of the three and get good vegetation.

lolol to that video. the girls are looking amazing and the lst is working perfectly. but to pacificgrown, aliens are nothing to be scared of. all stories about them are peaceful ones on how they came down to teach and help live right

What about the alien abduction stories where one minute the guy is farming then they grab em and then he wakes back up in the field and his butt hurts? Those dont sound educational and peaceful

Never heard that. What I did hear is that the Sativa pheno is expresses better under a shorter "lights on" period in Veg.
