haha very true ! Caterpillars are annoying as hell, a main cola that you worked ass of for months on end could be destroyed in a matter of hours

I wouldn't mind owning some praying mantis's to patrol my greenhouse, but I'm terrified of waking up with one crawling on me, their creepy looking !

Update: 9/22/11

All is well ! I'm doing fine as well as the ladies, just been very busy lately and everything is a royal PITA with this cast !!

Sorry for any bad quality pics, they were all taken with a cell phone using a 3x & 10x loupe & I was in a rush sort of

The girls in the Veg room are now 46 days old out of the aero cloner, they got a nice trim a day or two ago! I know some people disapprove of trimming fan leaves, but with the CFL's penetration and how dense the canopy is I feel that it can only benefit it & it's been workin fine for me. I don't mind if it slows their growth down for a few days either because I need to stall them until the flower room opens up anyways.

The ladies flowering are on their 41st day in the greenhouse, the trichome production is increasing very nice, and so far the most appealing aroma to me is the Purple Trainwreck in the Wicker Basket hands down at the moment : ) ! I've been feeding them molasses every feeding, along with some of the supplements from the recipe for success like Sugar Daddy & Awesome Blossoms. I've also been feeding DynaGro Liquid Grow because I've heard of people having nitrogen deficiencies in early to mid flower by using the Recipe success feed chart. As you can see in the pics, 1 Purple trainwreck & True OG are showing some lack of N, so I will increase on the next feeding & we'll see how they do !

Also I know how big of an issue heat is when it comes to MJ and it's growers, but I think the temp has yet to go below 85-90 during the day, sometimes even near 95 !! Even with the two utility blowers for intake & exhaust which work fantastic, I can't combat the high temps with that greenhouse film ! The film I ordered was some special infrared film from farmtek, instead of the basic greenhouse film which was 92% light transmission, I opted for the infrared film which is only 88% light transmission but it has 52% diffused light transmission which means it reflects the light back down for more uniform plant growth supposedly ! I feel like maybe I should of just went with the basic film since the climate is warmer down here in Cali. I don't know if greenhouse plants are more prone to higher temps from being trained into the greenhouse and adapting to the environment, but I've read several growers and threads say the plants stops photosynthesis at somewhere like 85 degrees if your not using co2 ? It doesn't seem like their stressing from the heat, and they seem to be growing fine ?

I must say for havin that many plants you really do an amazing job, i can just imagine how much work it is to take care of each plant and everything that comes along with it, shit sometimes i get tired of takin care of 4 plants let alone that many, but yea you do a great job, also how far into flower is the sativa bagseed?? and yea that bagseed doesn't even look like bagseed, it looks like some hybrid strain or somethin, mad props to you my freind!!!!

It's Definitely a lot of work, but I also consider it fun & a job that I enjoy so it's not a big deal ! It is a complete pain in the ass with this cast on my leg though, filling up my buckets, or even carrying around nutes is almost impossible on these crutches Lol

As for the sativa bagseed, I am not sure ! It has been out there with the Platinum OG, Vanilla Kush, & headband for at least 2 months i'd say ! The platinum & vanilla revegged & the headband kinda did a little also ! The bagseed didn't reveg so its just been flowering slowly the whole time. It is probably a hybrid, my friend gave me two of them & the other has already been chopped. It has some nice looking buds but the trichome production seems to be lacking compared to the clones from the dispensary !

- 47 Days into Flower

I Gave my girls a feeding of Blue Planet Nutrients Organic line & they seem to like it so far. During Veg I'm only gonna be using the micro,k bud, & humate tea because they have no scent & the other 3 products (Grow,Bloom,Bio-juice) are too smelly for the indoor closet I use for Veg !

maybe mines are on schedule and im just bein impatient.. cause mines are alittle smaller then yours and im prolly a week behind you if not more, so i guess i gotta be patient and just wait and see what happens.. yours are definitely swellin up and lookin good!!! , cant wait to see how yours turn out!!! and with the smell problem with the BPN, im wonderin since im gonna be usin such a small amount since im not gonna be growin that many plants will i have that problem, im hopin not cause im usin them regardless, and cant wait too!!!

I'm sure they are right on track bro ! Then again the sun probably transitions them to flower faster then indoor lights especially cfls. Your pistils looks nice and trich's are everywhere. It's kinda odd seeing the different phenotypes between my 2 Purple trainwrecks & my 2 True OG's. One of each seems like its leaning more towards the sativa side with the thinner leaves, & they have hairs EVERYWHERE. The others are more indica dominant for sure with their short squat leaves, & the colas looks way different. They seem to have less hairs, but more swollen calacs and lots of thc coated leaves.

As for the smell haha. If your using the organic line, you might want to take caution if your grow room is in your room, or venting into your house. I don't really use that much per feeding, just opening a bottle smells like 10 fart bombs exploding. ALWAYS mix outside & shake vigorously, you may even want to store it outside because the box is making my bathroom smell but keep it out of sunlight. I'm glad only half smell so I can at least use some for my indoor Veg closet, I'll only be substituting the BPN grow with DynaGro Liquid Grow.

Other then the minor smell setback, I'm completely satisfied with Corey's product so far. You can tell he put a lot of work into these products, they are precisely labeled and the feed chart was a great idea !

If you ever have any problems with any neighbors, toss a water balloon of some Grow or Bloom their way

lol your rite, thats a damn good idea, i bet they wont mess around anymore lol, but yea i have the box out in my shed, the smell was just too much to keep in the house, i was thinkin about goin to the dollar store and buyin a couple little bottles that you use in the bathroom to put like lotion and shit in, and just putin the nutes in them and just put write the name on some tape and put it on the bottle, but most likely im gonna do what you said and just go ahead and mix it up in the shed and then bring it in and feed them, and hopefully that does stink to much cause yea i have my cab in my bedroom, thats also why i have a problem with patience, cause im steady lookin in the cab everyother 10 minutes lol, but lately i've been tryin not to look in there as much so i can see a difference, im also wondering if the longer you let the bottles sit will smell start to wear off after the chemicals start to break down more, who knows, but yea i still cant wait to give them a try, and your rite, he did do a damn good job puttin this line together, hopefully his buisness picks up since hes started on here, he couldn't be a better guy!!!

Hahah I'm moving mine to my shed when this cast gets taken off. I've just been mixing a nute cocktail in a water bottle and then I carry it in to my 5 gallon bucket. I just bought a 20 Gallon reservoir today for the shed, I'm going to put in some air stones & attach a watering wand to a submersible pump because filling up a bucket & mixing nutes several times per watering is becoming a royal pain in the ass ! Lol

I like your idea with the smaller bottles, they will still probably smell since its not closed thoo. Maybe the little red & yellow squirter bottles for ketchup & mustard ?

Thats a bummer its in your room. I can see what you mean about checking on your girls TOO often Lol

My Veg closet is only across the hallway, & my shed is only like 40 ft away from my door so I'm constantly hopping around on crutches between the two !

lol i can see you now, tryna mix nutes in buckets while hopping around on crutches lol, sorry but its funny, but yea i think i'll just mix it up out there and then bring it in and water them, i think im gonna go ahead and start some seeds in some solo cups and get this thing started, i'll have them in the plastic tub until these are done, just to get them started, im sure i'll figure somethin out by then..

Lol trust me I laugh at myself all the time. It's almost pathetic at how useless I am ! Are you gonna do a BPN sponsored grow ? I'm gonna start my BPN journal soon, The plants are already vegging (8-14 inches tall). I think I'm gonna cut my numbers down & lengthen Veg period for fewer monster plants instead of wasting soil/nutes/etc because my space is already quite cramped

yea im gonna use them for my next grow, tryna plan it rite now, i was just sayin to krip the samething, i dont wanna go through all the non-sense, i think i only wanna grow either one or two plants this time, instead of crammin 4 plants in the cab while their flowerin, its a pain tryna fit them back in there to where all the buds get light, and everytime i take them out to feed and water them, it gets harder to get them back in everytime, or if i do grow 4 plants again, maybe this time i wont veg them aslong, maybe i'll do 4, let them grow a foot and then put them in 12/12, i dont know i'm still undecided, i guess i'll have to wait and see, im gettin ready to germ some seeds rite now though to get this show on a roll..
