Crazy branching on this one.

Covering more of the "tray". They're growing faster each day. Stems, leaves and roots are on point. I need to start preparing the final flowering tent this weekend.

See where I put all the parts this time... I have storage rooms of equipment but I did a pretty god job at packing it away this time! The tent is actually in one of the closets in the house.

Same feeding every day at 300ppm / 0.6 EC. I will have to increase it to two times a day in a couple of days on two of them. They were light already when I got back from work. I don't bother to check runoff at this stage.

Cheers and all the best!

16 days above ground. They keep increasing their growth, 4th leaflet on some of them. All but three needed earlier feedings today. Soon they will need two feedings a day.

Mixing a new batch of 300ppm / 0.6 EC food tonight before I go to bed.

Cheers and all the best!

Those are some happy, healthy plants! Dang this gonna be fun to watch :headbanger:
Thanks bud! They're doing pretty well with the nutrient base from the super market! I'm surprised on how pH stable it actually is! Makes me even think of going for it from start to finish all the way through flower to prove a point.

Cheers!

Thanks bud! They've been well fed from start! They're really starting to take off! 2-3 more weeks and then it's flower time!

Day 17 above ground.

We need a bigger boat! It's hard to not let them overlap on the tray. Starting to better see the different internodal lengths. I think the two favourites are in front middle and right with almost identical internodal length but different shaped leaves.

Cheers and all the best!

Unintentionally feeding microbe food leads to inoculation(s). The coir is very active with indigenous microbes even being fed 3ppm residual chlorine giving me proof that safe amounts of chlorine won't touch fungal microbial life but kill off bacteria and cyanobacteria.
IMG_20240223_053427301.jpg

Being fed 2x a day. Two or three of them were overly dry and complained a little bit yesterday at waterings/feedings. Roots got a little bit sad letting the coir go to dry. Can't tell on the plants today though.

Feeding before going to work and 8 hours after when I get back home.

Being fed 300ppm / 0.6 EC at pH 6.0.

Cheers!

Just want highlight this fact that you kindly share but often questioned.. the proof Is there! I have been running 2ppm in my Coco system 👍🙏

Thinking to sell my chillers too but going to see where my Res sits at in peak summer.

Cheers bro looking great 👍

@Wastei keep up the good work!!
Looking good Wastei. :thumb: 🍋
Thanks guys and thank you all for supporting and following along!

@Greenvein that's what's good about coir, no chiller needed. I grow in coir because I can play around and mix things and still get the same or better result as DWC.

Some auxillary shoots development, early morning for the girls. Some are very well developed and some uneven and wonky. It doesn't really matter that much since you can always promote auxillary shoots with training.

I need to prepare the bigger flowering tent this weekend and possibly setup the LED fixture for flower.

Cheers and all the best!

Setting up the 4x4 tent tomorrow. Plants are really taking off! The 100w Philzon is a great light for veg and its enough to heat the small 3x3 I'm starting them in.

I've dialed the exhaust way down and aim for 29C / 84F but anything from 24C / 74F is sufficient for pristine growth in hudro, they only slow down slightly at lower temps from my experience.

I'm keeping humidity at 60-75%, optimally aiming for 75%.

Do you have a picture of the light. 🍋

I have two sets of Meijiu A8 650w. One is still brand new in the box. Great lights with Samsung LM301H 3000k and 3500K diodes and 660nm OSRAM reds. Bought them maybe three-four years ago.

Time flies!
