I'm excited to see her develop flavor and bouquet during cure.

I went back to bed about half an hour after smoking. Melted and watched some telly.
So relaxed and for the first time in about a week.....
....no pain.

Hopefully trim jail will be in about 7-10 days from now. I have been thinking about trying a slightly different method than I have been using. I usually wait until they are dry enough to jar up and then trim.
This time I'm going to dry for about 5 days, trim and then hang them again.

I use a 3' lopper. I was going to use my mini axe but I think its only really effective at accidentally chopping off fingers.
