I have had legal from CO, and believe me what you grow is better. It's always way to dry and has lost most the the terpines.
There ain't nothing better than fresh dried and cured buds! IMHO

I bought that disposable vape pen. It lasted two days of very heavy puffing, and was good enough that I went and got another one. It was supposed to be concentrates from Blue Dream. I don’t know for sure, but it tasted really good and got me high. What I really liked about it was that I could hit it anywhere (poolside, casinos, show, walking around, anywhere) and be discrete. Although, many people smoke joints/blunts on the strip fairly openly and regularly as you walk along (we put in some serious walking through mazes of casinos and insane shopping centers. I just follow my wife around like a sick old stalker...she likes it).
I also had the “motivator” joint. That was a really powerful joint. I smoked it for 2 nights and the morning we left and it was very good all three sessions. But I’m old school I guess...I found it hard to find a comfortable place to smoke a joint in plain sight. I loved the joint, and smoked it to the filter, but the vape pen could be hit anywhere. I would just take 3-4 puffs every hour or so and I was good to go. Had no issues whatsoever. Especially loved it by the pool...well...all day and night really. If I were to do it again I would bring my own battery and charger (vape pen minus cartridge) and just purchase a few cartridges when I got there. The vape pen had very little smell and nobody knew I was tokin on it.
I stayed high the entire time I was there. No complaints really. It’s expensive to buy shit for sure, and I prefer my fresh grown weed, but the vape pen made it a very nice vacation.

I’ve tried to make a bunch of prerolls and they dry out after sitting for awhile (even with a 62% humidity pack). I completely understand about being comfortable while smoking. I don’t venture far from home if I’ve been smoking. I just figured they would have something that would blow your socks off since they don’t have to hide in a closet and it’s Vegas. They have a good system for those vapor cartridges. There has got to be away to put rosin in a similar setup...

It would be nice if you could, Ive been buying a lot of them cartridges here where I’m from and you can smoke them just about anywhere cause it doesn’t smell like weed to me and the vapor disappears pretty quick seems like.

Well that looks like the ticket there. I don’t see what you couldn’t use rosin. They have a video on their website showing how easy it is, but I can’t link it for some reason...
