A free program named Gimp. It's multi-platform, and open source. It's free with a version for every system.

Ha! I never posted my results!

I only got 141 feminized seeds this run.

One of my worst runs ever, but still 141 seeds is pretty good!

One day after my big CS project is over I'll grow some out.
