Remaining GDP, this pheno was the runt of the litter but seems to be doing ok now that she is flowering.

Over all I think i had to add more MG because I ran the soil a second time with no recycle and re-amendment but other than that it all seems to have turned out great. I should be getting the other two GDP's in the flower tent this week.

Out here in Oregon, just about ev1 has a black, yellow or chocolate lab................ then there is that 1 guy that has the dreaded Meth Lab:rofl:

 :19  mine could easily be mistaken for a meth lab she's freaking nutso. :).

I flipped a bubba last night and the GDP that is flowering is doing good. Still showing some signs of mg def but I have been hitting her hard with it and think I have it bout sorted. I'm gonna give the other two GDP clones another week and run them in five gallons I thinks since I already have two normal size plants in my tent already.

 I had just smoked a j of the new bubba when the delivery guy showed up. I knew I had to sign for the package so I went outside to meet him before he even got to my door and as soon as he got close to me his face changed and he's like got some of that for me? The package was over 100 pounds so I told him if he helped me get it inside I would hook him up and gave him a nice nug of bubba right off the drying line. Why do I have a feeling he will be back to my door regardless if I have a package showing up or not

I smoked a j of it in the parking lot at the casino one night at least 50 yards away from the entrance and as I was walking back inside the people sitting at the door were non stop talking about the smell of it how good it was and how they couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

Love this strain

Mind if I plop myself over here on the couch with my 2 dachshunds, Frankie and Weenie? Careful, they eat everything that passes their noses.

Oh, and as usual, your ladies are scrumptious and perky!
(I hope my wife doesn't see that, she'll think it's referring to something else, then I'll have some splaining to do)

Keep em green and sticky!

Hey HT...sense of humor...:thumb:...Have a great day ....mornin Smokey.:high-five:

Thanks all.

So I have proven it is possible to eff up a plant in HB. I mean im sure the bud will still be ok in the end but this is my worst showing yet

This GPD was vegged for way to long in a 2gal and it took the first month of flower to get the mg deficiency and health back even with regular feedings and fresh new soil from the up-pot .

This makes me wonder since I always have mg issues (although not this bad) twards the end of the first month if I should start feeding my veg plants some mg from time to time or use W/A on them. Thoughts?

These pictures are from about a week ago maybe a week and a half before I did the first CD on the GDP. I waited until week 6 to do it because it just didn't seem healthy enough to do it any sooner and i'm only going to do one on it.

GDP #4, this one was also the runt of the GDPs I sprouted and never really grew right in veg even before I left it in its pot way to long.

Bubba is not in quite as bad of shape as GDP4 was but she was vegged to long too and doesn't have that hb shine

Good news is I fliipped GDP #2 & #3 this week and they are much healthier so hopefully i can do a bit better on these two

This wait till Feb is Jamaican me crazy, have a good one all :passitleft:

For what it's worth, I use WA in veg without issue.

same..

..and DeStress too. :)

same same...and I've been sprinkling a tspn of epsoms after my transplant to final pots and after their first watering. It leeches in for a few days then when I water again most of it appears to dissolve. I 'feel' like it would be easy to overdo the Epsom's so I go a bit light I think, comparatively.

Hey Smokey, hope your grooving today my friend! With your Mg issues.....Three things will prevent Mg shortage in mid to late bloom. First thing....don't stress them like you did in a small pot...Mg shortages like this will NOT happen if given plenty of dirt OK.....second thing , yes, you can give WayX10 all thru veg and bloom without any problems...I usually start giving it when I transplant to the big pots.....third thing...if you think the strain your growing is going to show a shortage,...start giving smaller doses of Epsoms BEFORE they show any signs OK. What a do is give two or three teaspoons / gal of water for two consecutive drinks ...then one or two without ...then give it for two more times consecutive. Try these methods bud....they work for me! Cheers Smokey.
Oh ya ..like Gov said too , you can also top dress with some Epsoms....the most important thing to remember is....give the Epsoms BEFORE they show , they need any....that way you head it off before there is a problem with a shortage!

This ^

My garden is 'bangin' right now and I dressed with Epsom's anyway because I'm familiar with the strain and know 4-5 weeks into flower they start crying for Mg. Obviously, knowing the strain and running it a couple+ times consecutively allows you to have more foresight and head off problems before they manifest.

Thanks all!

Gov those are beautiful :thumb:

I usually start dosing the epsom when I flip them but they still always seem to have a shortage around CD time if not sooner. I will start spraying the WA in veg and start the epsom feeding about a week or two before flip and see how that goes.

Ahh the stress spray, yeah I kinda stopped using that a while ago for the most part dunno why really just kinda used it less and less till I didn't really use it anymore. I did give it to them all earlier this week and i'll start doing it regularly again.

I took some new pics today, i'll get them up tomorrow.

Have good night all :passitleft:

I think the bolded line is the key to my whole issue, not just this grow this one was messed up but on all the rest too. I give them plenty of dirt in flower but not in veg for the amount of time I veg them for. I'm guessing they are already deficient and its just not really showing up until the growth spurt of flowering hits. Now that our plant limits are a bit more relaxed here I am going to try running a few more smaller plants and wont veg for so long. The two GDPs I just flipped from clones only had 1 month of veg in a 1gal normal container so they should be a good test. I usually do at least twice that long. The current flowering GDP was vegging in a 1 or 2 gal softy for probably 3 months maybe more...
