Dutchman's Auto Quads Vs LST With A Critical+2.0 Twist!

I’m excited to be getting close to the end of this journal! It’s been a lot of fun and a lot of work but it has paid off! I’ve learned a lot for my second grow.
Just in case your journal hasn't caught the attention:dude-knocking: of @Teddy Edwards, here's my shout out for Journal of the Month consideration. Your journal has been top notch quality in my opinion, Dutch! :adore:

WoW!! Thank you so much Beez! It’s been an extremely fun process so far and I plan to and look forward to continuing my journals of the future like this! It’s all about growing this beautiful plant with this beautiful community and learning together as we do it!
Ditto ^^^
Thanks Derby and Preston!! I really appreciate the support another big reason why I love this community so much! It’s unlike any other platform out there!

Stay medicated Fam !:ganjamon::high-five:

Hey Dutch. Nice harvest man. Wicked looking trim jobs there. I've been a bit lazy on the trimming this time around lol. Yours look professional! :thumb:
Thanks Prof! I don’t need to trim as neatly as I do since it’s all meds for me and I’ll probably be pressing most of it if not all from here on out lol! I do enjoy manicuring the buds really nicely though!

Hope your well!

Highya Dutchie,

I agree with the concensus here, about your journal of the month. Pictures galore of the whole grow, very clear, concise explanations of your processes, every step included. Oh, and the results are stunning! If I only do half as good in my first journal, I'll consider journaling a success. Keep us posted when you do another, man. You're good. Cheers

Thanks Bode! I appreciate that and I will definitely make sure to keep everyone in the loop! You guys are my 2nd fam!

Job well done Dutch, can't wait until your next run!
Thanks Penny! I’m glad to see you back around and doing well! I’m excited for the next round! I’ve got some big plans and it’s all coming together! Can’t wait to share!

Hope your well

-Update-

Critical+2.0#2 - Harvest
Day - 112 / Flower Day - 52

March 12

Hey there everyone! I hope your all well and enjoying the week so far! Ive got a quick update for you today just to fill you in and show off some budporn!

I got to harvesting the second Critical lady today after the 72hrs of darkness. So after this time period in the dark what did I notice out the gate? Nothing!!! That’s right!! Absolutely nothing was different from #1 who I harvested after the 12hr dark period compared to this one which has sat in the dark for 72hrs before harvest. Now this may change come the smoke test after a few weeks cure but so far I’m leaning towards never doing a 72hr dark period again lol!

Now moving on to the good part of the harvest and the update.... the pictures! I managed to snap some really nice bud pictures of the harvest this evening and I think it really showcases the beauty of the critical ladies! At 52 days from see today here is Critical+2.0#2

I’m going to be jarring up the second crystal Candy tomorrow so I’ll be posting a bunch of bud shots from them and getting some weights put up!

I hope you all enjoy the bud pics and I wish you all the best!

Stay Medicated!

Nice one Dutch. Those are your best buds yet imho. Great stuff. Thanks for the test on the dark period. Good information right there!
I agree Sauga and I’m glad I could save you the time and efforts! Avoid 72hrs lol! They get chopped and hung in the dark anyways that’s what matters IMHO!!

Nice looking harvest, love the critical buds when they're first chopped!
Thanks Penny and me to! They are so vibrant it’s a beautiful sight

Great looking harvest Dutch. Nice trim-job as well! My PC has purple under the fans...I wonder if the sugars will as well.:hmmmm:

I’m leaning towards never doing a 72hr dark period again
I found the exact same thing after 48 hours and never did it again. SweetSue had the same experience and also gave up the whole dark time. The only thing that seems to stick is the advise to harvest at first light.
