Grandpa Likes To Squeeze Stuff: Solventless Extracts, Rosin, Pressed Here!

This is my biggest squish to date, outdoor GG4, 2 - 7 gram pre pressed pucks @ 195*, got a return of 3.4g.
I really don't dab a lot but I do like my new Yocan Magneto just need to learn the right way to use it. Been using most of my rosin for infusing chocolate which can be a lot of fun playing with the different flavors of the rosins and dark chocolate, haven't had a bad tasting batch yet but it doesn't always travel well so we made our first batch of hard candy. We made what I always called rock candy, the recipe we followed called it broken glass candy. Used 2.2g of GG4 rosin, with spearmint flavor and got around 140 randomly shaped pieces of medicated goodness just in time for the holidays. Next up is some Orient Express which has a ton of surprising flavors and Horehound for flavor. Press on.

Pressed the last of the Blue Mistic I grew a while back. Didn’t think much of the flavour vaping the flower but the rosin is up there. Not sure of the exact yield as I didn’t weigh the starting material but ended up with 2.2 grams from the pile in the picture.

It’s got great flavour and I’d grow the strain again just for the rosin. Not a bad colour considering how long I’ve had it curing.
