Hey man long time no speak. Sorry I havent been by in a while., Im busy with my own grow journal at mo. Please drop by. Your journal is great, good clear pics and plenty of questions. Well done to SS for helping out so much, nuff respect my friend.
Just a couple of thoughts, you know how much space you have per plant (pot area) Go as big as you can on root mass.
Also I had problems with ppm and just started using my fridge jug water filter for my plants instead of for myself. It helped alot they just drink better than me.lol

Thank you SS for all your help. I potted up #1 first. A day later i checked the roots of #2 and #3 i notice the roots where touching the side of the container the next day i potted up both. I also tied #1 close to the top of pulled down. The plant looks so different. One of the lower branches broke off. I just made the 45 degree angle cut and put it in a ENSURE bottle with water PH at 5.6. I saw a guy put some cuttings in a regular water bottle with tap water and it rooted it took about 2-3 weeks. HEY I'M NEW AND LEARNING AS I GO. AND "I'M LOVING IT". I had an empty FOLGERS COFFEE CONTAINER so i covered it with black plastic bags and used a couple of rubber bands to hold the bag in places. I Got an air pump and made a 1 clone BUBBLER.. How do they look? Excuse me i'm in a bit of rush. Here's the pics.

All does pics are from the same girl. What can i do to maximize my this plants growth? Is it to late for (LST, SROG or SOG)? Do you think i can still top my girl?

You can top whenever you like really as long as its not in flower obviously. Lst can still be done just start tying branches back to the edge of your pot start gentle and just adjust daily. You would normally start earlier. But there is some work you can do still. Some defol might also be a good thing. Post some close up pics of the girl you want to work on first, lifting the big fans to show her structure and I'll holla back at you.

Thank you LA. Here's #1 i tried to take pics to show her structure. Some of the older fan leaves where a bit dry and burn from the heat of the lights. Some of the bracts look burned. I'm using 23w cfls. Excuse me for all the pics. Some of the big fan leaves where just falling of from been to dry,burnt and maybe i wasn't gentle enough. I'll take more pics..

Well done my friend you seem to be getting a handle on her. looks loads better with the defol and the training you have started. Just a tip, look at her from above and work your branches like spokes. tie down the branch pulling her left or right a bit. As the branching repeats at same angle after the next one. work them in opposing directions and they will get better light pen.
She looks healthy so just keep what your doing up!

Thank you LA. I still haven't watered her since i repotted. I'm having problems with my BROKEN BRANCHES that i have in a DIY BUBBLER. Can you help? I started a thread: I was to rough with her / now i have broken branches in a diy bubbler If you have a chance PLEASE stop by. Here's some pics of #1

The earlier pics , the burns look like classic miracle grow perlite nute burns. Seen it tons of times when people can not find perlite without nutes added they tend to nad that , it works good I would just flush the perlite a few times to wash the nutes out and make it more neutral.
Your damage looks minor though looks like they adjusted.

The seedlings are stretching because they are reaching for the light source if you move the light closer they will slow down racing up and turn green and open up for new growth. I am going to try those rock wool cubes for the first time soon , hope you don't mind me hanging out here to see what comes of your grow , the bagseed plant looks strong and healthy be neat to see what comes of it
