Update time....

We are definitely at the bitter end for the 5 mature plants. Right now, we are around 12 weeks post flip. They've been showing pistils for around 9 weeks now.

Looks like the Strawberry Lemonade will go the longest.

Looks like I forgot to get pictures of the 2nd BopTang plant.... lol, duh!
:ganjamon:

The early flower girls are 22 days post flip now.

Happy & healthy... loving the solo-scrogs.

Last, but not least.... the Dreamberry auto

All is good in the hood...
:passitleft:

Those BopTangx BCP grow nicely - buds exposed to the light on a Sativa like stalk and large Indica fan leaves - nice strain!

For sure!
:passitleft:
I actually just finished putting a final trim on the Shiskaberry harvest.

Not a huge yield (39g) but she's got some gas in the tank. Pretty heavy stone.

That looks awesome! I can't imagine the level of stones tones toned stoned I'd be after hitting that! :)

There are a lot of theories about autos and flowering and tap roots and such. Almost all of those theories are false. I have seen autos grown in solo cups full of roots and not go into flower until long after transplant, autos grown in really tall home-made air pots where the tap never hit the bottom, and have grown many autos myself that go into flower regardless of where their roots are at the time.

Autos go into flower when their internal clock says it's time. High stress (like excessive heat) can send them into flower early, but roots don't seem to be a consistent trigger.

Thanks for catching that - and I'll need to be more careful on how I present my insights - I don't want to come across as a know it all, or misguide people.

Bud porn time....

Here's a few of the Shiskaberry buds.

Strong Blueberry terps already, after a cure, these little nugs should be mouthwatering.

Looks taaaasty! What are you pressing with?
Old school!
Haha!

I've got 2 solid steel (1" thick) plates that i heat to temp with a blowtorch.

The press I use is a 10 ton. It does the trick, just a bit cumbersome to get set up.

I plan on buying a set of caged plates very soon

That's awesome, I'm new to pressing and wanted to try it out without really spending any money. I've got a garage full of steel and a couple different presses to work with. Just truthfully haven't looked into it yet :)

... :thumb: ...you do anything with the pucks after, or just turf them?...cheerz...:high-five:...h00k...:hookah:
I soak em in Everclear in my freezer. Eventually I'll cook it all down & make capsules.

For now, it just looks like a science experiment gone wrong.

Drive-by
