I need to make some

1kg Creamy yoghurt.. Preferably greek
Cucumber
1/2 Garlic head.. (touristy.. 1 is my way to go.. Super strong)
1 table spoon of mustard or ouzo (secret)
Salt pepper
Grate the cucumber..
Let the water strain...for 15 min
Crush garlic add it in the yoghurt.
Add the mustard
Mix it
Add salt on the grated cucumbers squeeze them a bit to get the rest of moist out..
Mix it in with the yoghurt and taste is better after an hr in the fridge at least

It's not the snow that gets to me, it's the freaking wind.
we had 60 mph gusts when it was -20 f here.
It freezes the skin off of your lips.
It freezes the tears in your eyes.

I do feel bad for you in the summer though.
it doesn't get quite as not here. 90-100f but it is usually coupled with a 70-90% humidity.
It hurts to breathe.

Summer is fine, you can escape the heat since no humidity, humidity is a killer in high heat
