My girlfriend had her first experience using a rig a couple weeks ago. Come to find out, it wasn't squish (or what ever you call it). Apparently they melted kief with the torch and then put that on the nail.

After I showed her some youtube videos of how it's really done, she's begging me to make some. Could you post a link here when you start your new thread? Looks like I'll be spending more money I don't have... lol

Here is a quick 3 second press with 5x5 double plate press. Used my auto six shooter normal sized bud. Did a second 10 second press and got more golden goodies.

Hey peeps! Its been a crazy few weeks with fallen trees and massive mounts of writing and paperwork. Plus nothing happens thats very fun until the end of the third week haha. Last night I gave Cat drench + tea. Every plant got recharge and the Twisters got 1/8 cup of blood meal 4 days ago. High Brix plants love their CAT drench and I will follow Cat drench with an OG drench for the Twister and Pineapple fields. Everything else is new so I wouldn't try with them until I see how they do without it.

If you remember back these plants were flipped late because I got the flu. I also didnt swtch the timer correctly for the first week and had them on 12.5 hours light instead of 12.5 hours dark. Thank God I checked or things would be REALLY crazy lol! So expect to see plants just a bit bigger than normal in Shiggys garden haha.

One note. You may notice I don't pull the fans when lollypopping. Just the sprouts. I feel like this does two things. The fans closest to the bottom feed the root system. And the plant cannibalizes these fans as well during flower. So I find they yellow and fall naturally during the course of flower. Just something to think about. Sometimes when I see a plant that has been defoled too much you can see the edges of the sugar leaves begin to get cannibalized in late flower. Sometimes these brown edges even pull back into the bud where they can cause mold! The plant will pull needed nutes from somewhere. Might as well give it a few big fan leaves to munch on!

These Sativa heavy crosses are showing their sativa genetics for sure. Though in general they have been pretty good. No idea on the finish time. They are still stretching a bit so I will try to figure it out by when they stop. Some real lemon lime terps. Maybe Ziggy will drop in with some idea of finishing time.

This one may really put out. I hope its with high quality. Had some tops start bleaching so I super cropped any that were pale at the tip. Usually fixes it right up. Raised the lights a bit.

This one also seems special early. Stronger smell and nice gummy feeling stems.

Bluniverse 3

Both of these Dynasty Bluniverses are looking fantastic. They are a cross of Blue Magoo and Ms. Universe. Blue magoo is a bueberry medical strain in the PNW. Ms. U is a Des*star and has Kali mist in the gentics. With the vigor of these two one at least sure to be a winner.

She is doing nicely as usual. Sh'e a bit bigger this grow than the last so I am interested in seeing some bud size. I opened her up a bit as she was heavily packed

Jinxproof TGA Shangrila

Jinxprrof is an amazing individual and is active in autism awareness. He is a glass blower and grower/breeder.
This plant reminds me of the agent orange in shape, an inverted sativa cone. BUt...look at the trichomes already on these flowers. nuff said, she is gonna have some nice sugar.

2 Twisters

These are gonna be some big mamma jamma Twisters. Not my usual height but hey this is a fun grow and I am excited to see what they become!

Twisters are 1/2 under PS1000 and 1/2 under 600W hps I wanted to get them under the PS1000 but they rebelled and got crazy tall on me. So they are at least right next to it and will get some side lighting from the PS1000 on the colas! The Shangrila to the right of the twisters are growing crazy outward so I expanded the grow area haha.

What size are your Pots Shiggity? Plants are looking great. Flipping mine over to Bud tomorrow. Perfect Sun 1000 seems to be doing a great job. I'm hopping LEDRF has the Super Nova done by sept. Thats when I'll be able to get another light. Keep up the great work gives me something to aspire too.

10 gallon root pouch pots. I get like 10 of them for 25-30 bucks. They are supposed to last 2-3 years outside. I imagine at least double that because I don't bury mine. 10 gallons has worked out perfect so far. I would definitely not step down in size.

Due to my small space I'm going to step down to 7s. I am using 10s right now and the are huge in my spot. We shall see. Hitting a store tomorrow to compare pot size. I am thinking about going with a more tall/narrow plastic 7 for space saving. Trying to maximize my 3x3. I intend to have a larger space going in the future so everything I'm doing now is for test/preparation.

I have had the plants be as short as two feet from the floor and as high as four feet from the floor. This grow probably five from the floor.

Tutorial is in the works. I tested Huckleberry Kush the other day and split 3.5 grams of herb into 0.5 gram pieces. Pressed each one twice at 210 degrees Fahrenheit and ended up with 0.8 grams rosin. Terp profle was just like vaping the herb just much more intense. Tastiest concentrate I have ever made including bubble, qwiso,qwet,BHO. I want to try squishing some kief!

Btw 0.8gm from 3.5gm is a 22% return! WHAT? BHO Yields without the butane cost, danger, purging with a vacuum oven, and still smoking residuals? Hey this rosin thing is the bees knees! No fuss no muss and most of all no wait!
