Mine should be over 4ft tall by now but the heat and critter isues slowed me down. Mine range from 24 to close to 40 inches and they are all just starting to flower. I will do one indoor grow here soon and then try to keep veging indoors for a march 1st, mid may, mis august and october grow. Veg for 8-9 weeks and flower 8-9 weeks almost all outdoors. My goal is to get 4 harvest per year outdoors and 1 indoors. My march and may grow will be inground.

We had an unusual cold spell the last two weeks but I got alot of nice purple colers out of it on the plants I just harvest. I don't now if it was the cold or the purpl Max actually worked. If you look at my other outdoor grow I just finished New clone outdoor grow.

My goal is to average at least 2 oz per plant for this grow. I think I could have hit 3 to 4 oz's if I didn't have all the issues. If I could just keep those damn caterpillars at bay I would have had a much better first grow.

What do you use for a flower hardener? I tried using Gravity but just when the results were showing the caterpillars zapped me.

Looking great bro!

You'll be posting bud porn in no time ;).

Lets hope so. after talking to a few heads I'm going for 4 outdoor crops a year. Some local growes veg indorr all year and plant outdoor in late Feb and finish in late April early May then plant in late April and harvest in July the from July to September then Sept to early December. They claim to have the best grows the first and the last. I hope thats the case here.

During harvest last Sunday, I noticed that one of my plants was starting to get purple tinged buds. I didn't use anything to cause it so it had to come from the genetics and temperature.

I don't know what a flower hardener is. Is it a product or method? I just grew 'em then hung 'em. Remember, first time for me so I am still in learning mode primarily.

There are product like Gravity or Kool bloom that are suppost to make the buds tighter and dencer. It seemed to be working great untill I did't catch the caterpillars depp in the buds. When I hung one of my infested plants it had huge solid buds I checked on them on and off. After a week I checked on the plant and it was less than half the size and top had fallen off onto the floor. I hate thoes freekin bastards. I ended up with just over an oz dried on a plant I should of gotten close to 3 off of. The caterpillars bore into the stems and suck everything out.

Heres some info on flower hardeners:

Liquid Kool Bloom (GH) Gravity (Humboldt Nutes)

A highly concentrated nutrient additive,(0-10-10) promotes abundant flowering and helps facilitate ripening in annual flowers and herbs. Rich in phosphorous and potassium, it is also fortified with General Hydroponics secret ingredients. This blend enhances production of essential oils and fragrances by mildly stressing plants during the formation of fruits and flowers. Can be used as a nutrient additive during the second phase of reproductive growth, or as a stand-alone nutrient at the very end of a plant's life cycle. Promotes larger, heavier fruits and flowers.

Unique Features:
• Encourages abundant flowering.
• Facilitates ripening in annuals.
• Boosts production of essential oils and fragrances.
• Increases size and weight of fruits and flowers.
• Precisely formulated to boost potency and enhance the performance of all types of nutrients.

I don't know if this is from The Nutes the temps or the strain either. all I know is it was a deep lavender Purple,

Can we get an update?
Here's an update at week 4 of flower. Close to the half way point. They are looking descent I guess. still have a few crispy leaves left over from the heat. I'm hoping to average at least 2 ozers per plant. Been feeding at 1/2 to 2/3 strength every other feeding alternating with a light flush. Using Liquid Karma, Tiger Bloom, Cal Mag, & Bud Candy. I also mist with soluable seaweed. I try to use Zero Tolarance every 3 days to keep out the pest.

Here's some pics.
