A quick question, if the most sugar leaves are dry think it’s safe to be put in a container? @DonkeyDick

I reckon you’ll be ok. You’ll be aware enough to notice if anything goes askew, and you’ll be looking at it daily for a week or more while you start the cure so just keep an eye on it :yummy:
Cheers

Okay thanks, was thinking along those lines as well. Lol going to be enjoying sugar joints for the next few days :) just in time for the hunker down order

Calling the above plant wild mint, cause it’s got a minty smell

so hey guys it took me a little over 24 weeks or 6 months to get here :D give or take a week.
Patience is a must if you intend to grow, to roughly quote @Emilya just because you can move a million times faster then a plant doesn’t mean you should. love that phrase. Maintain ph, and keep an eye on Ec
and p.s plants flopping over is totally normal, haven’t lost a branch due to flopping over or super cropping itself, not really any difference in yeild either. Just slowed for a week or so, and resumes growing. Also note to self, try to wait a for trichomes to mature more XD. I feel that I harvested these with 50 -75 percent clear

So I decided to try experimenting with the press and my weed. Not having a hygrometer was doubtful of results but damn it worked I squeezed some wild mint and got .4 from 4 pucks there was a puck that weighed
1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 @190 for 4 and a half minutes here are my results

I stacked the four pucks and re pressed it at 190 for 5 minutes. And all in one place

I am very impressed with these results, a lot better then previous attempts. What do y’all think?

Yeah I thought that I might do jars, then thought of how fussy it is to get a jug out due to narrow hole, so I’m going with Tupperware ware XD less hassle for bigger pieces

The leaves will be for joints I guess.

My seven week old replacements 12/12 throughout. And these two are the replacements, replacement. And about a month from now will sprout the replacements for those.

84.5 gs purple duck maybe 10-15 in stems? Waiting for boveda packs XD maybe Monday. Should also have hygrometers. So @DonkeyDick any more questions?
Are you putting them in the fridge

I put them in the fridge last night @PCaddict
And as for the rosin @DonkeyDick might be ghetto but vaping a lil piece at a time on foil :volcano-smiley:but it works:thumb:

I heat knives on a camp cooker and spot with a funnel made from a soda bottle.
Very analogue.
Whatever works works, man.
I sometimes wipe stripes of it across the inside of a rolling paper when I make a joint.
Otherwise, decarb and in to capsules. I do like to smoke though.

Okay so I got the idea after a couple hits that i should try the purple duck/ducks foot haze, I think I’ll just call it ducks foot I like the sound of it. So I will try press a puck here shortly

I also do the torch and knives with a glass funnel, like a tobasco top or beer top, but I honestly feel like foil is just so much simpler, a lot more control over how you burn it, be a bit or an entire lung ful lol

So am back the ducks foot yielded half the amount at .2 and it stained the parchment purple a tiny bit. 190 for 4 minutes maybe

should try 2 minutes the next time with the duck

So I originally attempted this rosin experiment to make a gram of rosin maybe actually a gram and a half would probably be more like it to attempt making one of these not my photo but one I found online, it’s a Thai stick or cannacigar

I thought that maybe trying to make a 10 gram lil stick but idk if I want to use maybe 30 grams into making one. Would be dope though

Get a skewer or similar cover the stick with oil and then roll some buds into the stick and tie it. Cure it, then layer on oil and wrap with leaves and maybe make three of those layers. And cure it. Then remove stick and voila dank ass Thai stick

Hygrometers Came in yesterday put one in each Tupperware bin, purple duck is at 61 % and the wild mint is at 55 % and sugar leaves at 62% I took them out of the fridge Sunday night and out of the Tupperware to dry overnight in my closet as they were way to wet for my nerves. And put them in to the Tupperware first thing I did when I got up Monday morning. Using a couple boveda 58, 8 gram packets. As the mint container has about an oz more might be the reason it is climbing so slow. But wake and baking this morning, the smoke is better then saturdays sample, that was a straight up unpleasant experience. Got more of a headache then a high lol. So I’ve been squishing about 4 pucks a day. Or roughly 5-6 grams of bud a day. And smoking the rosin instead whilst waiting for the rest to become more pleasant to smoke. I think I may record today as day one of smokableness if I don’t get a headache after another bowl. Sort of reluctant to do it XD but smoked half a bowl and am pleasantly currently stoned.

My little art project this morning :) took out what’s left of the buds and photographed them. In honor of of April 2020, 2 weeks since I chopped these plants. I’m going through them pretty quick. But whatever, I’ve got more growing, just gotta wait like 3 more months lol.
