Have an epic day

I wouldn't say it's too well hidden. Half of the city has a view of my deck since some trees got chopped. It can be seen from the top of Table mountain as well as lions head. Haha
Also soon the president will be flying over my deck nice and low before he does his state of the nation. I'm always on deck to wave at the police choppers and army guys.

Dis waarom ek het gese jy is my plaaslike held.... you are making magic in the magic city below the magic mountain!

Hey LR, nice wind to go with the heat today... going up to mid-thirties and you are right in the bowl. I am playing around with some ideas. I was thinking that I might like to run some regular seed this winter. If I wanted to flip them when the days are at their shortest, and bearing in mind I'd still have to sex them, when would you advise that I put them in water? I want to try two varieties. How many seeds do you think will be the lucky number to find a girl (asking the 8 Ball 🎱)? ah, and another thing, they would be grown on the table again so would have to remain little enough for me to manage the space issues. Gawd Monday!

Hello. Yes indeed today has been a beauty. We don't have wind in the city bowl today. I did water twice today though. Whew.
With regs it's a crapshoot. If you want two female plants of different variety I'd say go with 3 of each. If you want to step it up a bit you could do 6 of each but do it sea of green vibes. Likely you would get maybe 6 donkey dick type plants.
I'd put them in as soon as the autos are done. You could also put all 3 in one pot and then just choose the strongest or only female in each. I do this every year.
The best part of winter grows for me is to throw the seeds into the dirt and let the winter rain take care. Like set and forget.
But indoors I'd probably do either sea of green and do about 6 plants, or, two mini scrogs.
Maybe put them in sometime beginning of May?

You're making me jealous
Thank you. I'm enjoying the quad actually and I might want to leave a couple more branches on next grow. Sticking to swicking so I can pretty much put my feet up for the most part. I'll do a lucky dip 3 of each and hope for one girl each as it all my space will accommodate. I could maybe get a second light and try to think of a more user friendly covering this time around. Hook a light eliminating material up in one drop for the windows, and then same stuff around the grow light, make it a bit longer than the black bags were. Something to think about. Thanks dude. Have a good evening.

Evening Chom,

How goes it your side? Have they put the fires out that side? Ours were doused and looking good this morning. Cape Doc paying a visit too. I hope we get some much needed rain to raise those dam levels.

How goes the grow?

Morning. Sheesh that south Easter was intense. Gusts of up to 94km/h.....for 3 days straight. Blew my roller gate off the frame.
Luckily I decided to put some supports on the bigger lady literally minutes before the wind started. About to go have a look now, hoping no damage. I had one branch branch break yesterday but it's tied onto the netting so just a Supercrop.
I'll update as soon as I can get some decent pics. Wind is still pumping in town.
I want to mix soil to uppot clones but not in this wind lol

Wind has dropped here, so it should drop by you a bit later I expect.

Hi all. Time for an update.
Things progressing slowly in sativa land but, we are getting there. A few more weeks for some and months for others (yes you Malawi, I'm talking about you.)
Let's start with the Holly's Harvest.
She is still throwing pistils which is great and the smell is just mouthwatering. Full on liquorice

The SSH which is the only plant to get powdery mildew and now it seems a bit of rot popping up. Been cleaning it out daily, it's also been raining daily soo.... really thick and dense buds on this girl. I hope she can go another two to 3 weeks but I am not convinced. Here she is

LC-18 testers (wind started just when taking pics)
Both in one pot. One in a smaller pot and the other in the rectangular one. Both went 12/12 but the bigger lady was planted about 3 weeks or more later. The other double brancher is doing well. Have not been babying any of the testers so they might look a little rough
