First Timer, LandoC Attempting Indoor Purple Kush In Soil, 2020

Just a little target practice today! Another week or two to the flip? It’s getting pretty dense in the 4x4 now...almost time to go horizontal over here...across the net, not the couch...

Yea man looking good. Just keep spreading them out across the net to let the other catch up and then they will be ready. Shouldnt take long at all for the other to catch up and the net to get full. The perfect scrog you would have a top in each hole, all even, but that never happens, at least for me.

Happy Wheelie Wednesday everybody! Day 44 update, things are happening! They are approaching the screen, time to try and create the “Hyena Hedge”...

Have I ever told ya I used to race bikes when I was younger? LoL
Lotta riding up at Blackhawk Farms, Road America, and Putnam Park.

Shit.... my youngest son is named after an old road course racer... I'd share, but it's a rare name & would give me away. LoL

We call him Boss for short.

You didn’t...What class did you race? 600’s, 1000’s, both? Road America must be fun? Racing is a Hoot, I’m pretty old, and should probably quit? I’d like to make the Circuit of the America’s someday. Do you ever go to MotoGP?

I rode in a vintage class because I was on v-twin sportbikes... Started on an SV650, then rode a Superhawk & an RC51 for a couple years.

Superhawk was my road bike, but I'd take it up for track days to save the wear/tear on the RC.

I tried riding with the 1k boys, but I just pissed em off more than anything, stuffing corners & grunting out with that big twin. It didn't glide through the same as the inline 4 bikes.

They were cool leaving me in with the vintage group. It was a mish/mosh of bikes but some competitive dudes nonetheless

Happy Friday my brother! SV650’s are certainly popular here also! A friend was just out on his rebuilt SV, first session back on track...he blows his motor! Poor fella...the RC must have been nice opened up! Do you still do any track days for fun?

Friday...junior growers log, growdate 46 : starting using fuzzy sticks (pipe cleaners) to help with my scrogging, seems to really help getting lumens to the under carriage!Turned the lights up to 660watts yesterday, the canopy started to fill in quickly. The girls like to tan! All the empty spaces are filling in fast, as all the tips stretch for each pocket of light. Super cool to watch the process evolve, hopefully until I get a taste of the funky stuff! I don’t think it’s long until the flip?
Peace to all, and to all some strong shit!

Nah. I hung it up when I hurt my back.

Been a few years since I rode...

I chopped most of the lower branches yesterday, and today. They were about 10”-12” below the net still, and way shaded by numerous flower tops above them...it was hard cutting some limbs off, hopefully it’s for the best.

Happy Monday, it’s a Bruce Banner type of day...hope you’re all feelin’ it!
The net is getting pretty crowded as of late, so I did a little selective defoliation up top...exposed some more flower tops to extra light...put in the HPS bulb, and did the light cycle flip. I still have a few squares to fill up yet, hopefully the first week will take care of that? Horizontal before vertical! Hopefully I make it through safely.
Peace to all my Growmies!

Thursday already? Another good day for a wake n bake! The girls are growing, maybe starting to get a little bit stretchy? Day 4 of the flip...still tucking, and weaving, the net is getting full. I have been doing a little pruning everyday so far...mainly top canopy to get all the growth to fill up the net: only 6-12 fan leaves each time...Should I stop the pruning, and let them grow/flower? Peace, Love, Sticky Icky...

I generally "prune when necessary", regardless of their stage of growth. I'm just a bit more cautious as they start flowering, I'll pick at the problem leaves over a week, instead of doing it all at once.

Thanks again Preston! That’s what I was hoping for...:passitleft:

Happy Monday 420! Here we are at 8 weeks old, 1 week into 12/12...the net is starting to disappear, only a few small sections left to fill with the lower growth. I have just let them grow the last couple days, no trimming. Very curious to see how far they will stretch? 44C12EA7-08E4-45BD-AF43-36A7CB7DFD0F.jpeg29A14FEA-8229-4C26-9447-5C2300C63EAA.jpegF6359346-0F7C-44F2-BDD9-50134DDAFE09.jpeg

Happy Double Up Thursday 420! (That’s 2 joints before breakfast...)
The net is filling up quickly, almost 2” of growth per day, last couple of days. It seems like we may have some fresh little budlets forming, they’re at 9 days since the flip. One of the plants dropped a bunch of yellowing leaves...I suspect maybe I’m under feeding, and need some more Nitrogen? I picked up a TDS, and PH pen so I will know how much I’m feeding now...the plant that seemed deficient got 10 litres with PPM@ 1050, PH 6.4, and seemed to really enjoy the extra nutrients? I will go to the full strength, week 2 flower feed schedule...next watering?
If the flowers are starting to form, is it time to adjust N intake? Or go full dose N until the stretch stops? So many questions the first time around!
Thanks for all the help/advice so far! I couldn’t have made this happen without you guys! @Preston9mm , @HunterNitro , @Hyena Merica , @Sunnyskies
I may just make it to harvest? Still a couple months to go yet...

What nutrients do you have and use? Looks like normal new growth yellowing to me. I would be switching over to the bloom schedule on your next watering. 1050 ppm should be more than enough parts as long as the nutrient ratio is correct for them at this stage. Im usually around 900-1100 ppm at your stage. Looking healthy and good!
