I would scrape it up and mix with everclear again and then filter. Sorry to hear this. Hopefully some is salvageable.

Guys Its been awhile ive been busy but I did it again... I squeezed stuff and .... I liked it I liked it a lot. Lol
I haven’t been satisfied with my outcome recently so I got high today and got thinkin what mesh size are the bags im using? They were 160u ive been using so today I turned temp up to 200F I had dropped it to 180. Proceeded to break up a 1/4 of outdoor with my fingers jammed it in without the use of the premold into a 90u bag. Trimmed the top off the bag folded and squished it...
The rosin when chilled is almost like shatter and easily workable at room temp!!!

I have to make an emergency batch of caps for a friend in need . Historically I make them with feco oil ..but today I want to try to make some with whatever the 20g of pucks I pre pressed , soon to be squished will yield .
The glitch in my matrix is how to decarb the resin . Would you decarb it before , or after you mix it with the oil carrier? Any thoughts and suggestions? Namaste

The easiest way is to heat the oil and rosin at the same time, in separate Pyrex or Bososilicate containers. Wait for the rosin to decarb. I let both cool to about 50°C / 120°F and mix them together. The warm mix is easy to inject into the capsule with a blunt needle.
I heat the oil and rosin in a pan with cooking oil, just not enough for them to float, on a temperature controlled hot plate.
I generally only do it two or three times a year, making a few hundred caps at a time.

Squished some old weed , 1/2 oz of six year old OG . Smoking it two hits is perfect , keep smoking it’s nap time . Then a half oz white widow about 8 months old .
The pucks are 7 grams each , the OG is on the left . They didn’t pack down as tight as the white widow, two on the right WW.
Top is the OG .
OG is 1.13 grams WW 1.63 I think .
It was weird how the WW packed so hard , which the buds were rock hard after the cure .
