The Kit
For some reason I was thinking the 3.8 cu ft of Pro-mix plus castings and amendments would fill 6 7-gallon pots. Doing the math, it sounds like 4 7-gallon pots. Does that sound about right?
If I plan to grow with my own clones, it seems like I would need to start another batch of soil cooking one month before flowering so I have some place to plant the clones after they root.
Also, my assumption is the kit has supplies for at least one grow, seed to harvest.
What is a reasonable veg time to stay within a good range for soil health and the supplies in my first kit.

Sorry if the questions sound strange, but I've been growing low nutrient perpetual (maintaining a steady population in cloner, veg, and flower.)
Growing in 'batches'and keeping a low plant count are new to me.

Hi Doc,
I am yet another noob very interested in your kit. I've come out of lurkdom to make my first post. I would like info on purchasing. Like others I'm unable to PM at this point. Could you PM me? I apologize in advance if this is bad behavior. Thanks!

Thanks Doc! Duggan I appreciate the welcome. Don't worry, no ego here. I'm fumbling around with nothing but shock and awe!
Do yourself a favor...get a kit from Doc and learn how we grow. Its a lot of reading but itll be worth it at your first harvest
Hey Gang
I just planted some Grand OG seeds and I need to give them some transplant to moisten the soil. How long can i keep a gallon of transplant before it should be thrown out ?
Cheers.

I was just following the instructions from Doc at least I thought I was.
That's cool bud....use Transplant when transplanting and when alternating from GE to Trans after they get going and your in a routine as they grow! For seed start it's not necessary OK! Doc may chime in and clarify this for ya , but I've NEVER used it when planting a seed. Cheers.
