Yeah... I had a bit of calcium def (I think) a week or so ago. Some leaves on node set 2 had rust spots, and the uppermost fans burnt along the edges.

I dosed em heavy with cal/mag, and raised lights a bit, just in case.

New growth seems good. Pretty aggressive since I topped. I've had to move her restraints a few times now due to new growth. Basically move the shepherd's hooks out 1/2 inch every 12 hours. LoL


Definitely a keeper..... for an auto. LoL

I use an app on my phone (BTW, all my media is done from my phone)
It's called Photo Director by Cyberlink

Totally free, user friendly. I love it!

Most use I get out of it is the "crop/rotate" function to cut & resize my pictures so the object is centered & pretty.

Figuring out how to get text to really "pop" takes a bit of practice, as there are about 100 fonts, colors all across the spectrum, not to mention they can be layered or shadowed, colors can be made to be gradient from color to color.

Fun toy to play around with, for sure!

I'm gonna try my best to do a short tutorial on how I do my journal pics (my contest pics are always unedited)

So, I open up the app, then click "edit"

Select photo, once open, I click "tools"

Then "crop & rotate"

I'll draw the edges in, to size up my pic, then click the checkmark

You can clean up the sharpness & saturation by clicking "adjust" on the toolbar. Not really sure what the numbers mean, but I like saturation at 40, and sharpness at 30.

I'm about to run out of attachments.... I'll do another post in a second with the instructions for adding text...

..... click "text tools" tab on the tool bar

Tap the box that appears to type in your text.

Click "font" tab to select font, font color, outline color, or shadow color.... or all. LoL

When you're happy with it, click the save icon.
