Yes, I checked when they first signed on as a sponsor, and that's what the site said. I was getting ready to make an order when another member from Canada asked, and the answer was no.
I know they were planning on expanding up here.

Can you ship in the wintertime, or will they freeze?

I just received mine, and they were frozen. Theyve since thawed, and are chilling in the fridge. Time will tell if theyre viable.
