Hi sun I agree. Just keep em going in bloom. Guess they want more hight and buds.

I figure by the time reveg, 12/12, and bloom is done on the second harvest, I could have planted a fresh crop of seeds, vegged them, and have them ready for 12/12.

Not worth the wait for me.

gotta agree with you and say that the top third is the ideal height to chop if your staggering your harvest. YOu can chop half the plant but it needs to be with the intentions of harvesting the whole plant 2 weeks later. This in my past experience. I may do that with my current grow. But you make a good point setting sun, buy the time its time to harvest again I'd lose 2 wekks of the next crop. I'm glad I checked in on your grow..Nice work!!

looks like our experience has been similar.

I think sativas may generally be more suitable for multiple harvests than indicas due to more extensive branching and longer bloom times.

I harvested the sativa pheno last night, which has leafy buds, but not in a bad sense. The leaves are tiny little fat things covered with trichs, and calyxes are huge.

I flushed the other two plants today and when the soil dries out, they should be done .

What kind of seed eating bug did Mj have in mind when it designed this defense?

I wouldn't want to be a bug there. Walking into those sticky balls of stoner goo, while trying to find the goody.
What kind of seed eating bug did Mj have in mind when it designed this defense?

I don't know if it's a defense so much as an opposite sex pollen attracter. The big leaves are like hands open to catch the pollen, then send it sliding down the serated leaves and into the sticky DNA mixer upper. Something like that.
