Day 19 of 12/12

Here is a little photo update.
The next 2 photos are of my {lst}. She has about 20 branches, so I guess that means about 20 tops..:grinjoint: It only fits that I named her Big Mamma!!:cheer:
This pic is an overview.

Sorry is not the best bud porn but you get the drift!!

Next up is My Lady, I let her grow normal, like our creator intended. She has only had a little trim from time to time, so light could get through.

She's ready for a close up Mr. Deville..

I tried to get a good close up but also not to bury. You see her pretty lil bud Right?

I cant wait until harvest.:cheer::grinjoint: They all have been grown under the same conditions. Under the same light and have had the exact same nutes. Now:slide: this is getting real interesting. Not only did we only used {MG} soil and nutes but also I can compare how much dfference there is in the amount of the yeild. We lst'd 1, we supercroped 1 and let 1 grow normal. When harvest comes I will do a sperate final weight for each plant, just so I can tell the difference.

:thanks: to the entire 420 Community!!!!!!!!!

I cant wait for more buds sites to sprout up!! I just wish I could afford a better camera so my pics don't look so bury..

Thanks for ur kind words GMT

Yea I can't wait either bro!! I remember when my big plant that I grew outside looked like that and then like within a week she started to fatten rite up..

Thanks for stopping by Black

Sweety's lookin sexy bro! we're comin along, comin along :slide:

Dude all I eve learned in my life is Lumms=Buddage. You take it from there. Sweet plants makem all they can be. That extra lumms is well rewarded. Plants loook fine.....

Thanks for the outline. I'm gonna steal your idea and warp it a little. i live on a 9-day week cause of work and such. so i figure, water day 1 with full nutrient solution. then in 3-5 days i water again with straight water. depending on growth and how dry the soil is i may water again. essentially they get 1 nutrient day and 1 or 2 fresh water days. what do you think?

as for the disscussion on molasses.. i've never tried it. but i do, do something along the same lines. i use raw, cane sugar at 2-3 tsp/ gallon of fresh water. i swear it does wonders. i've had increases of almost 50% in size of bud from a moderately heavy regiment. i was using the sugar at every watering. i'm sure i was wasting it, but it didnt' hurt the plants at all. :)

lookin good..Like how your going to do the comp at the end. Way to go with the miricle grow..lol

Always good to hear from ya Butcher. I just wanted to compare the yeilds for a future reference so I know which way to grow from now on. I want to get the most out of each plant. {MG} is working very well for me so far.

Thanks for ur comments bro..

Looking good MI, cant wait to see what those plants look like in a month! gonna be nice for sure! Sweet job bro! Oh and plus 5 star on the journal, if I havent already.

Yea by the end of the month they will look just beautiful. I think I might have to officially enter in Plant of the Month contest this month. I dont think I'll win but I still got to represent if you know what I'm saying.

Thanks for the 5 stars Green.

Thanks NCW for helping me out with that, and thank you as well for ur comments about my ladies!! U just gave me an idea about some things for the future grow.

Thanks bro..

Sounds good but I would only water them twice during those 9 days. The 1st day with nutes and just one other time about 4-5 day later bro. That's just me b/c you don't want to over water ur ladies and create root rot. To much water is not healthy for ur plants. Other than that sounds great my friend.

Lately I've been only watering once a week that's with the nute solution. I have been trying to let my soil dry up b/c I had gnats living with my plants. I got them from my soil, the wetter the dirt the faster they reproduce I think.

I'll have to look into the raw sugar cane, just to see what it can do. I have never used that or molasses so I am very stupid about those things but I have been doing alot of reading in people's journals, so I'm learning pretty quick.

Thanks for stopping by News

thanks for the advice. that makes a lot of sense. don't wanna drown the poor girls.

i recall my mentor telling me that once ever couple of weeks, he'd leave off watering till everything was nearly bone dry, his plants would droop and everything looked sick. then he'd water with nutrients and all his plants would perk up. not only that, but you could almost watch them grow. his explanation was that when the soil dries, it shrinks. with that shrink, comes air pockets. now not only do your roots get air (O2 and CO2), but when it is watered the roots suck the water up hungrily. i'm chicken s**t to try it though. i'm afraid to hurt the plants.

you're far from stupid. your plants look very healthy. your methods have yielded good results so far. now, you just wanna build on that. and you're in the right place, in the 3 months i've been a member, my knowledge base has grown astronomically!

big ups, mon!

Yes that does work to let it go dry. I have done it before with the big plant that was grown outside. Ur mentor was telling you the truth and it does not hurt the plants at all. Well it did not hurt my plant, I cant speak for other people. I know this b/c I forgot to water her for a week or so and she dropped over like a limp you know what, but not even a couple hours after I watered it she stood up tall like an old man on on little blue pills... LOL

Hopes this helps ya out bro!!

LOL! i didn't think he was pullin my leg, glad to hear it from another source though.

haha. little blue pills.

So the other day when I trimmed up my ladies, I took some of those branches cut the bottoms like a spear head and put them in in a pitcher full of just plain water. They are doing good. I trimmed off all the nasty looking fan leaves but the tops are looking great. Their are only 4 so if this works I will have a total of 7 ladies. :cheer: No sign of roots yet:hmmmm: but its only been like 3 days so I got a long way to go untill they show roots. I remember somebody saying it took like 2 weeks for them to root. I know if I were to use cloning gels or something like that they would root faster. I'm not really worried about how long they take to root b/c I have to make room and do a couple other things in there to get ready for my next grow. I'll post a photo of them in their beer pitcher later when the lights are on.

I'm also gonna start to grow some of this that I came accross a couple of weeks ago. After I smoked a "L" to the dome, I started too think about alot of things thats been happening. Have you ever enhaled smoke so deep into ur lungs that when you exhale it take ur breath away? Dude I smoked that whole thing to the head, it tasted so sweet, its hard to describe. Here are some pics. Sorry that they are bury,

Thanks for all of ur help 420. Much Love 2 you all!!!!!:thanks::rollit:

nice advice coming out of here. I like the water discussion esspecially. Its definetly an amazing site to watch when a plant gets water afetr a drought. HOLY SH*T is all I can say. An outdoor monster can suck up gallons and gallons of water after a drought. I'm tellin ya, Its like watching godzilla give birth. This huge thing just appears within a couple hours...LOL..Kinda medicated..
