Lemon Skunk Grow - First Organic Experience

She is showing maturity, meaning she is ready to flower when you are ready.
Blend your leaves into a smoothy and drink it. Healthy and good for you.
Happy growing

I appreciate the tip, wasn't thinking about eating the leaves. I love salads and prepared one with leaves that seems to me more healthy, with lettuce, arugula, onions, olive oil and lemon.
This was my first experience with real live weed.

Looking forward to seeing a lemon skunk grown out, hopefully it works out for you :)

I'll pull up a seat to help where I can

Looking good so far keep up the good work

Still watching the grass growing. Understanding the mechanics of growth, trying to listen to what she is saying me. I think its topping. 4 weeks and a half vegetating, no nutes, 70ºF, watering: 4 days. Gnasts issues.

Just a parenthesis: I share now how my medicine comes to me.
Every piece costs $5. I bought 10 at once, enough for 2 weeks.
It came from Paraguay, crossing the south Brazilian borders.

They wrap everything together: branches, leaves, seeds, insects. Grown with pesticides and fertilizers.
I hear no good news about it. Not to mention that supports drug trafficking and the huge police corruption so traditional here.

I cant deal with it.
Can Grow.

That's weed? Omg :yikes: that looks like crap literally.
I really hope that you succeed on your grow... I can't imagine smoking that, I'm speechless. Please get the medicine you need, fresh and Green. I'm sorry for your current medicine conditions. One day soon, we'll get you that good stuff.

KiG, not brown :green_heart:cheers

Really crap. Its a dead weed, but it can be worst. This one is free from mold or ammonia, at least. But is soaked in blood too.
I had a skunk contact on the east side who grows and sells surplus but disappeared for more than six months ago. This weed i got in the favela.
There's no other way to medicate than growing my own medicine.
This experience has been like a dream for years and now is turning real.

I miss that skunk flavor.

The clone seems to be ok. When I topped it the branch looked a little wilted but the next day was already hard and stays on.
How many days have to wait to see if the clone really taken root?:smokin:

Keep spraying twice a day under the dome. Water every after 2 days.
Soil: 50% Perlite - 25% Humus - 25% Compost (peat, pine bark, organic soil)
pH: 6,3 - 70ºF - No Nutes.

I tied down the four top branches, trying to keep everyone on the same level. Isn't easy to do, hands trembled a little.
A flat top can enjoy much light from a 300w led panel.

I have an enemy, Spider Mites. In fright took off a dozen of little shiny spot under the leaves. Sorry, couldn't photograph.
Probably it will persists and i'm very busy till Monday, have no availability to go to the gardening store looking for Azomite or neem oil.
Hope find out Lady Bugs for selling too. But afraid i'll have a chance to photo these little cops.
Against spider-mites, some suggestions?

I've read 420 Magazine Forum. One thread says about avatars:

My girl has a friend. A Newborn Haze.
Today is a great day. My medicine is Sativa and it is working now. In my first attempt to germinate a Sativa seed i failed. Using the method in my signature (Thank you Capt. Beefheart and Smokey MacPot), after a couple of hours the seed sprouts and looks for light like a crazy... Really High!!!

The cabinet is getting filled with the world's best weed. A pleasure of mind watching the grass growth.
Using organic media i'm having very little problems, the single most persistent problem has been the presence of gnats.
I'm glad and feeling peaceful about how smooth has been cultivate this strain, with no surprises and a logarithmic learning curve, she tells me what she needs and her language is intuitive and easy to understand.
I can't have a watering schedule yet, cause I have noticed her movements before she wilts, its happening in different time periods. This time between the watering is decreasing as plant growth and now i'm watering every after 36 hours, but i'm plannin up potting and flower my baby, my first one, in the next days.
pH:6,7
Temp: 70*F
7 weeks vegetating under 140w leds and 23w cfl - looking for the right app to measure lumens.

The first clone is workin, for sure, 17 days. 3 are going to the same way yellowing the middle of the top leaves but one stayed green all the time. I'm felling lucky again, consider i didnt use nothing but a scissor to cloning my plant.
pH: 6,7
Temp: 70*F

Amnesia Haze Day 5
I'm bending the stem to get it stronger.
Definitely topping is a way to go. Fitted perfectly to Skunk and i hope it works on Haze too, so the seventh node is my goal.

Time to transplant it!
Moving to a 5 gal bucket, from a 2 gal pot, following the length in months of each cycle. I dont know exactly the flowering time of this strain, but i´m looking for this information, but i dont think that can be more than 13 weeks - 3 months.
Flora Mix:
35% Organic Mix Compost (peat, pine bark, organic soil - named Biomix)
25% Perlite
20% Coco Meal
7% Humus
6% Dolomite
6% Bone Meal
1% Castor Beans Meal
Too much dolomite (Ca and Mg) (the only inorganic component of this mix), too little bone meal (source of P). For this cycle i'm considering extra fert. I'm looking for a recipe for source of K and bananas can do this job, i just dont know how.
20 days composting and pH is 7, probably cause the amount of dolomite and this short time to rest. Still a little hot i believe.
The roots are not bounded, but this plant was drinkin 1/4 of her volume everyday (last 5 days), watering slowly, following Emylia's method.
Temperature 80ºF

Lemon juice takes down the pH of Skunk Lemon - before: pH 7. Now, one week after, pH is oscillating between 6 and 6,7, depending on where measure in. It's more acidic on the bottom, but i guess it'll stabilize soon.
2 months of Veg Cycle, organic media. Watering every 3 days after up potted.
Gnats went away for while. Now i'm facing some ants walking around. Keep cleaning up the house every after 2 days and the cabinet once a week.

Amnesia Day 12:
Fourth Node raising. Nice green. Better than grow a plant is grow a garden.
I feel my self in a kind of elevation when i open up the door of the bedroom where the cabinet is. I left the door closed cause the awesome and wonderful smell of The Lemon takes all place and enfold the environment, but when open up the door I am surrounded by a cloud of Lemon Skunk who gets me high instantaneously.
Please God, allows me to join the fruits of your Weed.
