Shootings and stabbings every day it seems break in bank robberies now. It's bad economy and there is alot of mental health issues amongst us here.

I just dunno anymore where can I move that is the safest place to live. ? And at what cost does that come to protect the ones I love and the ones who want to be loved ?

It's crazy world for sure .. I still want to push forward everyday I got reasons all around me to be blessed about .

Montana? Somewhere that is cold as shit and nobody around for 100s miles. I live down south, where this summer heat had me thinking about optimal root temp. I try to get my girls outside for 4-5 hours direct sun a day, mainly in morning. Obviously the whole pot heats up over this time, and I imagine root zone temp is rather high also. Does anybody, idk, put crushed ice or something on top of soil to slowly melt and in theory, make root zone temp more optimal? Is it worst during flower(heat) from this hot muggy florida weather? Sorry for bombing your journal, look forward to learning from it.

Hey Rich, if the plants are in pots,..black pots, then cover them with something, a white towel, paint it white, burlap,...anything to reflect some heat from the sun. Any pot left outside in full sun gets way too hot for roots to thrive. Have to cover them up ...the ice idea is good too, but a lil too much messin around all the time. Just my thoughts bud,...cheers eh.

Good talk today just few minutes ago stuck my finger in soil it was hot to my finger I can imagine what my poor roots are going through.

I need to tomorrow no ifs or buts get my off my ass and get some straw . Bit has mentioned below from dugs about covering the pots I am in gears to think about what I should do to get them covers around my pots are black.

Joe think here, well what my logic has me thinking is water around the pot in circles more just enough to use judgement of of how deep o think that water will stay moist and how deep at soil top level downwards..

Hope I am making sense so I water every every third day Rain water here in Ontario's not that acidity, still only been giving the rain water. I'm thinking about giving them some horse tail fern tea to the first set of autos the zkittles and Alaskan purple now that I am on four nodes I can see I am on day Wednesday is day 21 on my count calender. I am happy with the growth so far I think that is good . Doing update on few.

See why I am lucky this guy is stopping by. Thanks for that Duggan. About the pots and roots getting to hot fry the poor girls. I'm.goinh to figure things out over the next day or two I am thinking . especially after tonight and seeing how hot that soil is getting. Cool down special indica dominant plants I think.

You always want to top an auto between day 14-21 they recommend. Outdoor it seems bit longer veg and flower times by a week they said outdoor. Sorry mind is wondering...must be that killer haze x A5 buddy. So smooth dude. Mine is so dry compared to yours lol.
