You can start training them as seedlings Panta. If you wanna start training them, start now, the sooner the better. It won't hurt the plant, just be careful not to snap the stem. Take a look at ricorico's journal, he does some amazing things with LST and starts them right away at seedling stage.

I agree with you

But lst is tying down the main stem to change the auxins from the dominant leader to produce co-dominant leaders...your plant is more then ready for that

No worries just thought id chime in as your plants a similar size to mine at mo and might be too established to be bending down the main stem. Check out my journal its the exact same way I trained my BV for POTM contest last month. I dont want to step on any toes here its just as you have left the training so late I think my method might help.

Yep, I've had the fan on them right from the start. Speaking of fans, i'm trying to figure out if the fan leaves are the little ones growing out of the main nodes at the stem?

Definitely take a good look at waknbaks work, thats the joy of this site so many different methods all with their own attributes. Just read up on journals and pick the one suited for you. Everyone on here will only give you the honest benefit of their relating wisdom to their best ability.
Ps your fan leaves are the big honking ones.

Snapped a fan leaf while bending/crimping them down. It was hanging on by a thread, we'll see if it heals.
Added another 26w so I'm up to 166w total (cfl).

Don't feel to bad about snapping a couple here is the brutal abuse I put my plants through when they woke up this morning........

In veg you can (kind of) do what ever you want to them, so long as you give them enough time to recover. Many growers trim many if not all of the fan leaves from a plant during the course of a grow, others don't like to remove a leaf at all.

It's all down to personal preference, however, I would not worry about loosing a leaf or two.

As suggested I will be crimping the leaves down but probably not topping. Did the bottom half of both this morning, the tops are still getting good liGht so I didn't touch them
