Once a week. I've been doing mine every seven days. They never said an exact date for pics, so did them on the 1st, 8th, and 15th. Trying to keep mine on schedule, and it doesn't interfere with my football games

I think I'll put pictures up every Saturday coz I take pics for my journal on Saturdays so it makes life easy. I think some of you guys are going to need new underwear once you see how quickly my babies are growing
