Cultivators 7200w Build And Grow Perpetual

Wow...this is a lot to take in, I have probably read your journals more than any other person in here...you and LA have been a true inspiration to me as a UK grower I really didn't believe that there where people like you on this side of the pond. And although I'm sad to see you stop (probably not as sad as your customers) its onwards and upwards to better things.....your going legit!!!!!
I can't wait to see you as a sponsor you have a few attributes that EVERY sponser needs

1) you know your shit, your an amazing grower
2) your real and honest and won't sell us any bullshit
3) you already have a relationship with staff and people in here
4 (this is more for me) your in the UK! makes things easier for me!

Well done my friend

Thanks mate

I have had many issues dealing with different companies over the years but my biggest gripe was that equipment is far too expensive. Especially hydro systems that cost pennies to build. There will be huge savings from us, so much so that i feel people may mistrust us due to the low pricing. There will be some unhappy companies in the UK very soon. But its business and im going to provide a quality service that wont be beat on this side of the water.

Im not going to talk about it more on the thread until we are up and running and have sorted out sponsorship with 420. If anyone has any questions about it or things they would be interested in us stocking, feel free to PM me.

heres some pics of my harvest yesterday. i estimate around 110-120oz dry. had real issues with airflow and heat which has meant my estimate of 160-200oz wont be reached. Should have ran another 10 plants also as there was def the space for it. Never mind, i got through it with some decent bud to show for it.

Congrats Coach Cult.

Congrats on the harvest! I know it wasn't what you expected but its still pretty good!
As for the extra plants....you live and learn and I'm sure this experience is just going to make you even better at your new venture.

I shall pm you a few items I found quite hard to get over here.

Thanks mate

I think a lot of vendors trying to sell to growers think we are making so much money, it's OK to gouge us a little. Often, you can find the exact same products sold for another industry for half the price. I'm so happy for you. This sounds like an exciting new chapter in your life. I think your business is just responding to market realities. I don't know about other markets, but prices are at, to me, shockingly low levels in WA. It's getting below 25% of what it was a couple decades ago. I think the bud is stronger too. I grew mostly NL5 'back in the day', and I think the newer strains are better. Anyway, started to drift. My point is, as the market shifts, the vendors need to respond as well. Growers are not making tons of money like they used to. We can no longer support the attitude of, "just buy whatever gear, it doesn't matter the cost." For me, the money isn't there. I still spend $$ on gear, but now I shop around a little. I think there are other vendors, like you, that aren't trying to milk growers for all they can, but it's nice to hear you making it your business philosophy. :thumb:

You'll be missed as a journaler, but a welcome new sponsor. :Namaste:

So final weights are in an it came to 133oz 9gram dry. very surprised actually expected way less. there was 23 plants so average per plant is around 5.5 oz. the nugs werent huge but were very very dense. i'll dry catch a pic of the dry nugs tomorrow.

It took me about 14hours with 2 other people to trim the bud.

I hear what u are saying about over pricing. The thing is it doesnt matter how much money a grower makes, at the end of the day a pot still costs a dollar or 2 so just because some growers have expendable cash doesnt mean they should be ripped off by being charged 10 bucks per pot for example. 1 example i can give is that i will be retailing 600w hps duel spec bulbs for around £11, average shop in uk charges £25! Not sure what the dollar conversion is off the top of my head.

Ive actually hit a bit of a bump in the road with the business. trying to get unit prices down on specific items is proving tricky, even though the factories agreed a price with me. Its costing a huge amount of money to build this company but when the door opens it will be great for me and great for growers. I think it will be July now, possibly August at the lateset before we start trading as we need to make sure we have everything in stock from day 1. I just need to be patient now and work hard......

Guys i cant say too much about this new venture yet as im not officially a sponsor yet. Also im in the process of sourcing everything. Within 4-6 weeks i will be up and running.

I will offer huge discounts on regular items, i'll be able to do this as i am stocking everything straight from the factories they are made and i will be buying in huge volume. so i can offer some items nearly half the price of retail. i will be a global wholesaler and also have an online store for regular customers.

im in the process of having things put in place and its looking real exciting.

There is a negative side to this though. unfortunately i will have to give up growing and journalling. I will become a sponsor of the website and i will be around for advice should anyone need it from me. Im sure u guys will get by fine without me though :) I cant risk losing my business for growing weed. Ive grown for more than a decade none stop and its time for a new challenge. I know i will make this work and it will benefit everyone here who buys online for their products. you guys have seen me grow and i wont sell anyone bullshit, anything i sell will have been tried and tested by myself.

I will get an update on this current grow soon, i am harvesting today, so i'll let u guys know how i get on. The journal will finish after that update.

What going legit?

I think you'll find it way less stressful, well a differnent kind of stress anyway! Like me you'll be back, its in your bud!
Let me know when shops open.

Yeah Coach Cult, we want to see...

Bud porn time!?!?

I'm still thrilled to hear your new mate. Good honest business men in the grow world is what we need, everybody is so greedy and I'm fed up with paying £100 for something that costs $80 in the states.

Got such high hopes for you mate...just well done

Good luck with your new endeavor. Let us know how we can hook up with your site and see what you will be stocking. Will support if price and quality are up to par.

I would change a few things up if u can.

Firstly i wouldnt use superthrive, i used to use it for a long time but it just isnt necessary mate.

Although voodoo juice is expensive i would use that in early veg and first 2 weeks of flower. I was going to scrap that and just use the great white, however im finding that the plants without the voodoo are alot thinner branched and really struggle to hold buds. So i will use the voodoo and great white together.

But its your boosts that i would change the most. If i said do 1 thing thats a must add in flower, its to use advanced nutrients bud ignitor the first 2 weeks of flower, it makes such a difference. I would then use buddhas tree pk from start week 3 to end week 5, then switch to atami bloombastic for weeks 6/7 then water week 8.

Im sure what u are doing will work, im just saying how i would do it.

Hi cultivator, I've been following your journals for some time on here, I'm in awe of your work. Just picking up on your advice above as I'm about to start DWC. Do you still advocate the use of Guardian Angel & cannazyme or have you dropped that from your regime? Also how much great white are you using in your mix. Thanks mate and keep up the good work. :thanks:
