I cut the male tops onto a "waxed" paper plate. After I collect the parts I take the qtips and collect the loose pollen on them. This makes it easy to pollinate specific buds too, just like a fat old bee

As far as the male goes, he is an awesome plant. I had him segregated and was asked "what kind of a plant is that?"
